Horrible QC. Samsung won’t honor warranty i received the 2019 65” RU800 TV as a gift. Right out of the box, there was a Picture issue. I spent hours in the phone, on hold and troubleshooting, with three diff samsung reps, sent photos, and they finally assured me this was under warranty and would be repaired. The warranty company reached out to tell me samsung denied the claim and sent me back to take it up with Samsung. After speaking With two more reps, I am at a dead end with a brand new tv that is unusable, and have no recourse. They accused me of doing the damage, but there no visible damage to the unit, only picture issues when its powered on. I will never buy another Samsung product. I hope noone else has this issue. I’ll def advocate to seek another brand anytime and every time. When I tried to post on their reviews, they censored my post and refused to publish it. Imagine that.

Bought a Samsung appliance pkg from Costco. We’re on our third dishwasher in two years and now this one needs a new circulation pump and motor seal. Their dishwashers are junk and their customer service is worse. On hold for an hour every time we called. They don’t have authorized service technicians within 100 miles of us so won’t send someone out to install or repair. Also have recurring issue with refrigerator ice maker freezing up. Do your research before buying. Don’t buy Samsung appliances!

Have a Samsung s10+ that had an over heating problem 😳, sent it to Samsung and they fixed it 👍 😀 👌! BUT when I got it back it was locked to a different carrier. After calling around to my carrier and the other carrier Samsung said send it back and we will unlock it, so they issued me a return label and I sent my phone back where then they said they DON'T unlock phones I said okay send it back they then said they wouldn't without a proof of purchase. That was Monday and I called them this morning they still haven't sent it. This all started July 17th Ticket # 4153495441. Everyday I have called they keep giving me an excuse of why they haven't sent my phone 😒. Very hostile company that thinks its okay to keep a 50 year old woman's phone for no reason. I didn't demand them to help me they offered. They are taking advantage of me because they know I'm not technically literate (like many people my age). Not fair that I'm paying a phone bill and have no use of my phone. I feel bad that everything in my home is Samsung! Loyalty means nothing to this company.

If there would be an option for no stars then I wouldn't even give that. I have never had such horrendous experience like with Samsung and their poor customer service that LIES all the time!!! I bought Samsung Galaxy Ultra 2 months ago and my order has been cancelled for some reason. I have never received the product or the refund. When you call their customer service not only they have no idea why the order was cancelled, they also lie that they will email/call you back with 'resolution'. My patience has ran out when I constantly had to call and email them to chase my complaint and funny thing is that every single time I call SAMSUNG customer service, they never know what is going on and tell me to wait for a phone call between 24 to 48 working hours which obviously no one ever called me or bothered to reply to my emails or send me an update NOTHING. I don't understand what or why my order was cancelled which is funny that no one failed to explain this to me. They kept lying to me saying that the complaint went somewhere high up and when I asked for the proof of chases they refused to give it to me. This literally proves how much you can trust them. I will never buy anything from them. Can't get any answers and stole my money as well. Seriously my time and stress is wasted. I am going to financial ombudsman with this for compensation.

Samsung French Door Refrigerator only 4 1/2 years old. For the past 1 1 /2 years the Evaporator fan hits ice build up in the Refrigerator compartment. Every 6-8 weeks this has happened. Have replaced temp sensor 3 times, defrost sensor 2 times, control board, and heat element during that time line. Have also increased the defrost time from 20 to 30 minutes, and still have the same problem. Every time I call Samsung Tech Support and explain what is going on, they don't know and have never heard of this problem. Hello, check out the complaints filed against Samsung for this issue. They have recommended replacing these parts. Fed up after spending $2,000 for this piece of -hit product, I find out 3 weeks ago Samsung issued a service bulletin on how to fix this problem. Heat from the condenser unit is traveling up through the drain tube and entering the Evaporator area causing ice to build up by the Expansion Valve making the fan blades hit the ice. Defrost mode will not melt this ice. Refrigerator has to turned off all day or over night, unless you know how to take to Evaporator cover off and use a heat gun to melt the ice. Try doing that every 6 weeks for 18 months. Samsung has basically admitted to this problem by putting out an updated Drain Repair Kit which now eliminates warm air from traveling up the drain tube into the evaporator and causing ice build up. Install this 2 weeks ago and am sure the problem is corrected. Now i am fighting with Samsung to get my money returned for the parts that were installed. I am a retired Refrigeration Tech and knew warm air was entering, but could not figure out from where. Have spent 9 hours on the phone with Samsung over the past 3 days, have sent my receipts 3 times, proof of my Refrigeration Certification, and pictures. Called today to verify if they finally received them and after waiting 90 minutes for my call back I got disconnected. Now waiting for another call back. Their customer service and tech support totally suck. Never buy a Samsung Refrigerator!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Samsung does not have service to contact anymore. All I my food is going bad because I have spent 8 hours on the phone with music waiting for help. THEY use to have service to contact if you encounter a problem but not no more. If I had to get another refrigerator it would most definitely not be Samsung. The support is horrible. I mean horrible support. I would much rather here someone say we don’t have support rather than lengthy waiting. Something is wrong with company customer service, DON’T BUYTHE PRODUCT

When I moved into my new house I did some research on new kitchen appliances and was excited to find that Samsung seemed to be the best quality for what I was looking to spend. I purchased a new refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher from Samsung which unfortunately has been my biggest regret as a new homeowner. After 5 short months my dishwasher started leaking, so much that my kitchen floor now has a giant bubble in it. Trying to work with Samsung’s customer service department has been nothing but frustrating. I have now been through three long months of numerous employees giving me different and contradicting reasons why Samsung will not replace their 5 month old product that is no longer working and has ruined my kitchen floor. I would not recommend Samsung appliances to anyone. Please, take it from me, you will not regret spending a little extra money on a product that will actually last or buying from a company that will not make you jump through hoops after you have spent thousands of dollars investing in their products! So disappointing!!

I don't often leave reviews but I felt I needed to warn people about the trade in by. On the site it said they offered $400 for the galaxy 9+ and one with ctacked screens, $350. Well I sent mine in when I received my new s20 not knowing the screen was ctacked inside my case. I sent a note with my I hone saying I was sorry and didn't know it was cracked. I expected the other $50 charge but instead, they charged me another $150. This is such bull shot! Nothing but a scam so don't do it! They charge almost $900 for the 9+ and their trying to give me $250?!! My phone worked perfect even though the screen was unknowingly ctacked to me so they are scamming their customers. Dont send them up phones!

They are in economical bed with Google; as is Motorola, LG, and every other Android based device manufacturer. Beware of any smart device thats android based; you will get lots of spam in your Gmail inbox, your debit or credit cards may not work with Google or Samsung pay. If your Android device(s) are defective, the manufacturer will try repeatedly to "fix" them, just you don't sell the device and close your Google account and move to the competitor.

Never buy Samsung again. Buyers beware. Bought 4 new TV less than a month ago. Spending over $5,000 to purchased and hang TV's. One of the 65 inch TV's goes blank after 3 weeks. After several loooong painful calls to Samsung service they say they will call for a service call within 24-48 hours. 4 days later no call. I call them, operator again say someone will call within 24-48 hours. I am forced to raise the conversation to unexceptionable. They transfer me to yet another person. That person agrees to a service call 3 days away. And they will contact me the day before with a 4 hour window. Today is that day and I have not been contacted. Now I must call them again and start this egg hunt to get my NEW TV fixed. DO NOT BUY Samsung

We bought a 65" Samsung TV (model# UN65NU6950FXZA) at Costco in December 2019. The television is a piece of garbage! To date, we have had a third repair and still we have no service. Repeated calls to Samsung only result in profuse apologies from fodder customer service reps who do nothing to improve the customer service experience. This is very frustrating, inconsiderate, and inconvenient and only serves for me NEVER to purchase another Samsung product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY TO PURCHASE ANYTHING WITH A Samsung LABEL!

Horrible! I have been trying to get my microwave repaired since May.now they said they were giving us our money back on July 14. It's almost August No check in the mail! For 3 days I say I am getting a call back from the refund dept NO one calls. Next step I am filing a compaint with the Better Business Bureau!!!

SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD . I BOUGHT THE EARPHONE AND RECEIVED THE FAULTY ONE AND NOONE REALLY WANT TO HELP ME OUT...... I regret to give up iphone to transfer samsung If you have an problem with products you paid then Samsung customer never fix your problem , just make you are waiting month over month... Before you spend money for them ( they're help a lot ) . After your payment ( they don't want to help you ) Lol......

The TV I got is awful. It doesn't connect to wifi (I had to get a firestick) half the time I turn on the TV it has 0 sound so I have to switch outputs ( I have a ps4) wait about 30 seconds and switch back.

The ice maker on my Smart Hub isn't working and I got a call today saying they don't have anyone that can service it so I can find my own person to service it. I can't find anyone and Samsung basically won't do anything to help! So disappointing!

TV smart ( Not so smart) 60T 75" ( 2020) model- very very pixulated with any movement. Cannot watch normal TV at all product is NOT worth purchasing.

I have ordered a M-31 from samsung but they failed to deliver the item, i waited for 15 days and raised issue no of times but nothing had been done .Your delivery partner ecom express is disgusting they weren't answering the calls and if they did they talk nuisance . Worst experience!! Not expected this from samsung. Even i didn't recieve any kind of information from samsung , everytime i've to call and rewind them.

I purchased an over the range Samsung Microwave recently thru BestBuy online as the store was closed and curbside service was all that was available. My purchase was lacking the hardware to install it but I was assured by BestBuy that I could call Samsung and they would forward me the hardware. Well that's when the nightmare began. I called them on June 9th and spoke with a person in the Philippines, I sent them the online receipt they told me that it wasn't good enough they couldn't see the amount paid. I told them this was the receipt that I received via email from BestBuy, well Samsung didn't want to accept it and told me after they verified the receipt they would send the installation hardware in 5-10 days. Well it never was sent, I called again and explained the situation Samsung told me that it was out of warranty. I said warranty? they said yes the warranty is for 30 days only. I told them I purchased it on 5/14/2020 and had proof that I reached out to them via phone on 6/9/2020 I also had employee names and employee numbers in case something went wrong I had a trail in which to refer, they hesitantly asked me to upload the receipt again and after verification they would send the installation hardware in 5-10 days. This circle of hell continued 2 more times. I did receive an email last week saying because by box had been opened they wouldn't send me a hardware kit to install and BestBuy does not carry individual installation hardware. I have always been a loyal Samsung customer and have spent a lot of money on Samsung products. This is what I get ? I will never purchase a Samsung item again. Ever.

Samsung is the worst company in the world. I bought a refrigerator from it and it's broken for water leakage after two months. I contacted Samsung so many times but they failed to repair it twice. Really nightmare to do with them. I vow not to buy anything from Samsung.

Once complete warranty period keep on start failure but service station say that warranty completed, we have pay more money to replace
