I am writing this review because of the inconsiderate, unprofessional back and forth service of no one knowing what their job is. I had a replacement refrigerator that was supposed to be delivered and I have yet to receive it... Days later and I'm still waiting to get answers. I wish I knew how horrible this company was with knowledge of their so called services when I see no service. Very upsetting to say the very least. Horrible horrible customer service I recommend you don't go with Samsung I wish I wouldn't have.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I will never ever order Samsung products directly- ever. Terrible customer service. Bought and paid for installation for my washer and dryer, but was not installed for unknown reasons. (One person said it was on back order, another said that’s not true, then another said it wasn’t put in the original delivery order like it should have been) Called everyday for a week to schedule installation and every time I was told to wait 24-48 hours for a phone call to schedule delivery. Every 2 days, no call, so I would call again. And every time I am told to wait 24-48 hours for that phone call. One week later- I never received a phone call. Every time I want to speak to a supervisor, conveniently, none are ever available. I give up- give me my money back- I will contact GE for my appliances. So disappointed with this company.

I ordered gas cooktop over a month ago and still haven’t received it. When I call customer service, I get a run around. Finally talked to someone who says that the product is not available till August of 2020. This is after I was promised my delivery will be on May 27th. Then when it didn’t arrive they contacted me saying it will be delivered on June 8th brtwern 8 am to 8 pm. I wsired all day that day and next day without any delivery. I tracked my package it says it was “out to delivery”. Called them again today and now they tell me it’s not available till August. I checked the tracking number again and now it’s back to saying order placed. How horrible is that. Worst service. They giving me option now to cancel order. I asked to talk to management because they answer us not acceptable to me after all this waiting and run around. Still waiting for a call!

If I COULD leave 0 stars! I've been loyal Samsung customer for years! Today ends that!!!! Customer service is absolutely ludicrous. Purchase a $1200 + phone that is really just a overpriced paper weight! I haven't even had my phone for 8 months and have had to get repairs on three different occasions due to Samsung's operating issues. I have now run into the same issues along with my camera not working. I took it back to my local repair store. At this point the "certified Samsung technicians" said we've basically rebuilt you a whole new phone! Contact Samsung and request them to send you a new one! After over 3 hours of my life wasted being transferred from chat, to call, to this person, to that person... Samsung says "ugh send us your phone we'll have one of our tech's fix it, and send it back in 10+ days." Are you freaking kidding me!!!! *uck you Samsung! Your new phones are trash and your warranty is a joke!!!! Save your money people. I'm going to Apple!

The Samsung fridge is the worst one I have. Make sure do not buy any Samsung fridge unless you want to keep repairing it. The fridge has a new feature that freezes everything in the fridge. The problem could never be fixed. Fixed once under warranty and it comes back again. I tried to arrange the second repair but be advised the second repair could only be warranted the replacement parts for 90 days and could be extended to 6 months by request. Looks like Samsung does not have any confidences in their own products, no confidence for its product could be lasting for 2 years! I will dump it and buy a new one, of course no Samsung products anymore.

I purchased a brand new Samsung refrigerator from Home Depot store .After 2 days I saw all my fruits and vegetables got frozen .I called the store and the store advised me to contact Samsung .I called Samsung and they scheduled for a technician to come to my house after one week. The technician found out that the main board is defective and he wanted to order a main board for the new fridge that I just bought .I refused to accept his offer since I bought the refrigerator last week and I did not accept any repair for a new refrigerator.I contacted Samsung and requested to exchange my refrigerator but the case management team refused to accept my request and told me my only option is repair!!! I hope this kind of company that cheats on customers will be out of business soon .I really did not expect to get a defective refrigerator from samsung company. All my fruits and vegetables got frozen during one week in this hard COVID situation and the company refuses to exchange this defective refrigerator.

I bought this piece of junk Oct. 2017 at Home Depot for over $1200.00 with the no customer service protection plan through Asurion. This was what we thought was a beautiful sleek side by side that would last at least 10 years. We aren't rich people so this was our first side by side. The thing started making a terrible racket a few days ago and just gets worse. It apparently has a design flaw that causes ice to build up around the fan which leads to an expensive failure. After 2 days of around 12 calls to Asurion I have to wait 3 weeks for a repair. They initially set me up with a rude fly by night jerk, but he's not coming so I have to wait three weeks now for a different repair place. Nobody wants to work on Samsung appliances. You call someone in who's not factory authorized there goes the warranty. Since we've been put in this position, we're forced to spend money we don't have on another refrigerator. Try finding a refrigerator during a Pandemic while riots are taking place. It seems impossible but we must have a refrigerator. The cheapest we can find is an apartment size for almost $400.00. We can't afford this & I'm sure Asurion won't reimburse us for the money we have to spend for a back up fridge.

Dealing with Samsung is like pulling teeth, and their service is awful. The amount of emotional distress I have suffered at their hands for the last month is unbelievable, and when I have complained, they have not taken it seriously and do not care. My phone went in for a simple repair at the beginning of May. The lack of updates was disappointing, and I had to chase them to find out anything. When the phone came back two weeks later, they had locked it to a network that I have never used. Then the support team tried to shirk their responsibility for the mistake and said I had to speak to my network provider to sort it out. Finally, I talked to Tom, who apologised for the error and arranged for my phone to come back to Samsung. I sent the phone back and then have been messed around for another two weeks, and the customer support team have once again tried to fob me off and tell me repeatedly that my phone should be locked to Vodafone despite me saying that I am an EE customer. I have been passed to the Customer Solutions Team, and Billy helped escalate the issue but did not come back to me to update me. Once again, I am chasing Samsung despite the fact they are at fault. After speaking to another Tom, he offered a voucher to buy a cheap phone to use in the meantime, and then it never arrived. Chasing them again, I find out that he did request a voucher but failed to say it takes a few days to arrive. After speaking with Charlotte, I find out that the phone is supposedly unlocked now and is due to be sent back. Forgive me, but at this point, if it comes back unlocked, I will be shocked. When asking that they pay for my EE contract for this month, given that they made a mistake with the phone and provided atrocious service which has caused so much stress and upset I was told that they wouldn't do it. I really do feel like my complaint has not been listened to and so now I will be taking my complaint further.

We have a 4 door Samsung refrig less than 6 years old. We had to have the ice maker repaired three times, Then the cooling system went out. After three different attempts to have it repaired, Samsung agreed to fix it. The repair service they sent out has a 1-star review. They claimed they could fix it, but a week later we called Samsung and were told the repair service told them the issue was a physical cosmetic issue. The issue is in fact an electrical plug for the cooling system that had rusted out due to condensation inside the cooling system panel which was due to poor design much like the poor design of the ice maker. I could on and on, but there is not enough room here to write about all of our bad experience with this refrig and Samsung. Bottom line - do yourself a favor and NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE.

Samsung sent out an update, and suddenly my phone would not charge. They told me to take it to uBreakiFix, they replaced my charging port with a brand new one, broke my phone in a completely different way. Messed up  the network  so my phone was completely unusable . I sent it to Samsung , they keep it for 2 weeks. Finally get it back and then 3 Days Later another update goes through and crashes my charging port again. I called them and demand an exchange then they keep my phone for well over a month, after saying several times that the ticket should be closed out within 11 business days. Start the ticket over. They sent it back to me today, over a month later, with no SIM card, no charger , and the phone still has the same issue. Will not charge while the phone is off either. I can't afford for Samsung to keep my phone for another month again. Customer service has passed me around and had me in tears literally six times this month just out of sheer frustration and the lack of accountability and answers. Not to mention the lies.

I built my house 2 years ago and have a samsung refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Nothing is working now - nothing - The service guy told us all calls for them are on Samsung appliances. They have many problems even if they are new and not under warranty which is 1 year - DO NOT BUY

Bought my phone (Samsung s10), around 7 months ago and sent the phone to be fixed (charging issues) from 8th of March and got it back on the 23rd of May. All good, I understood since we were in tough times and we were under level 4 so that's ok that I've waited nearly 2 months. But when I received the phone, the mic doesn't work now, so basically I have a phone which I can't talk to anyone and when they removed the front part to fix the charging issue they made 2 holes on my screen. I spent more time, energy and money waiting, commuting to the supplier, installing apps (Microsoft authenticator, Google auth, etc) than I ever did when I got another phone (iPhone 4s, iPhone 6 and iPhone 8). Now I've sent it back to be fixed and they labelled it now as "Urgent" and got told to wait another week (that's 10+ days since it's long weekend now). Asked for a replacement or refund but I had to talk to the supplier, did that but with no luck. I usually never write a review but this experience was really bad. Hopefully, I'll get the phone in a good working condition to sell it. Kind regards, A frustrated New Zealand citizen :)

Would not recommend Samsung TVs. My TV which had limited screen time use is ready for the bin, 5 years old throw away item. Due to a manufacturing fault, fallen reflectors, apparently a known issue caused at the time of manufacture, they’re glued on haphazardly. There are plenty of other customers with the same issues, Samsung give the standard out of warranty statement. The end result is white circles on screen, no fix, $2000 TV. Also just threw a Samsung microwave in the bin, 3 years old.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been getting the run around about my refrigerator also, I have a freezer that will not freeze. I have had this thing for a month the freezer has never worked I was told but its new. I paid full price for a refrigerator that does not work and now I have food that has spoiled. The one and only service repair does not have an appointment until Tuesday and no one is concerned. I will call attorneys they like lawsuits because I shouldn't have to go through all of this to get a replacement
