Bought 2 Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G phones directly from Samsung. They were running a trade-in allowance of $300.00 on each Samsung Galaxy S7. The trade-ins had to meet their requirements -worked, no broken screen, no bad pixels. They gave an up-front $300 discount off list price of $1,350+. If the trade-in didn't pass inspection, they would charge you back for the up-front $300. One of my phones passed and the other failed due to a cracked rear camera lens cover - $5.00 Samsung part that would cost $35 to install. I talked to customer service and offered to have the phone repaired. They agreed and said they would return the phone to me, I would have to return the new phone to them and then I would purchase a new phone and trade -in my repaired Galaxy S7. They gave that all to me in writing in emails. In a period of 2 1/2 days, they lowered the trade-in value of my old phone from $300 to $55. They wouldn't honor their offer that I followed to the letter. Their Customer Service rep was in the Philippines and couldn't have cared less. She said "We reserve the right to change special offers at any time." My thought was that I have the right to NOT spend my money with companies who do not honor their employees words.

I have contacted Samsung on multiple occasions to receive a refund for a defective dryer. Rather than tending to the issue, they have given me and my Research Assistant the run around. I have talked to multiple departments, send numerous emails with proof of the defective dryer and repairs that were made, and every phone call there has been an excuse as to why they cannot resolve this issue. I have been hung up on, ignored, and disrespected by the customer support team. This has been a horrible experience and I will not be buying anything from Samsung ever again.

I returned the phone as I did not like it and reordered a new phone. I used their return label and got notification from Samsung that the phone was received and that a refund would be processed within a few business days. I also tracked the package and it did confirm that they received it almost 2 months ago. They never issued me the refund. I spoke to their teams on several occasions and opened an investigation. They are telling me now that they did receive the package but that they did not receive the phone which makes no sense because the only thing on that package was the phone. I am sure that there is a way that they can track the phone by IP address or whatever they can do but I did return the phone and I have proof of the shipping label used with tracking and the email from Samsung stating that they did in fact received the phone. However, even though i emailed proof to Samsung they are still saying that they did not receive the phone. I cannot be held liable for whatever mistake they made on their end, is a 1200 phone that I am being charged for even though I did everything right. This is ludacrist. It has been two months of back and forth, a lot of time wasted on phone calls, and emails. They are charging me for a phone they have as the weight of the package even confirms the fact that the phone was in the box.

WORST COMPANY EVER! I don't see how this company can get away with screwing their customers like they do. You have warranties on your products and they find away to not fix it because it isn't covered on warranty. They said my phone had water damage and warranty was no good. It has NEVER been in water, but beware, they said humidity could cause this which is no fault of our own and they should fix it. Called several times and they keep jacking you around and they all have different answers. Just a pathetic company all the way around!!!

I purchased a TV from Samsung. I unpacked my new TV from the box switched it on and discovered that it had a faulty screen. Horizontal and vertical lines were obscuring the screen. I immediately contacted customer services. I spoke to Ben who arranged for an engineer to come out to assess the damage. I was told the engineer would contact me to arrange a date. The engineer didn’t contact me. After several phone calls I finally arranged for him to come on the 24th June. I booked a day off work (unpaid) for this. He arrived and stated that it was impact damage and he wouldn’t be able to repair it. I contacted customer services. I spoke to Mark and he stated I would need to speak to a case manager. I was then left on hold for 1 hour 30 minutes. Mark then came back on the call and said I would have to phone them myself and hung up. I called the case centre myself and was on hold for 2 hours. Somebody then answered the call and immediately hung up. Undeterred, I called again. After 1 hour and 45 minutes the call was answered. The case manager I spoke with was very unhelpful and just kept repeating the line “we can’t do anything" I asked him to speak to a person higher up in the chain of command. He stated that he was the highest person at Samsung and I couldn’t speak to anybody else. If this is true I commend Samsung for having someone of such high seniority answering the phones at their call centre. He refused to give me his name or the name of his manager. I would not recommend Samsung to anybody. Their products maybe OK but if you have a problem with it you will not get any joy in getting it resolved.

the customer service representatives makes it perfectly clear that Samsung does not intend to right its wrongs, or help the customers in any way. I bought a pack of 4 appliances, 2 were broken, its 8 months later and I have not been reimbursed. I spent hours on the phone with them, sent the paper work they asked for several times and some how they can't get me a refund.

Most awful customer service ever on a refrigerator that’s still under warranty! It’s been a month since the problem was diagnosed and I’ve experienced portals that won’t upload, eFax’s that go into a black hole, promises that I’ll be called back that don’t happen and 10 hours of phone calls with an overseas customer service center that can’t help. I’m on my 4th service ticket and I’m not any closer to resolution. Don’t ever buy a Samsung appliance!

Samsung is known for having the best appliances in the market. I recently remodeled my kitchen and purchased all new Samsung appliances with an extended warranty. Seven months later, my range oven door wouldn't close. I called Samsung and made, what I thought was an appointment for service. Two days later, when the repair person did not show, I called the repair service Samsung referred me to only to find that the appointment Samsung made was for the repair service to call me back to make an appointment! So by then. The only time the repair service had available was a week later. So I wait a week, the service man arrives, thinks the problem is the micro switch but he doesn't have the part. Says it is a common problem and blamed his boss for not packing the part. Said he would place the order for it and didn't know when he would be back! I had to call the office to make another appointment but first they had to check for the part. Took another week to get another appointment. So the guy comes back with the micro switch. That wasn't the problem. He thinks it's the latch. That wasn't it. He says he's going to order a new door! That will take a week because it has to ship from Atlanta. So I wait a week and don't hear anything and call the repair service. No answer. Have to wait for a call back. No call back after 24 hours so I call again. Leave another message. Three hours later, I get a call back. They show it is in transit. Said she would try to get an ETA. Called me back next day and said they would have it in a couple of days and made an appointment to replace the door. Repairman arrived and replaced door with new one. Still won't close. Another technician arrived. Two guys worked on it and couldn't get it to close so they put in a call to Samsung authorizing a replacement of the range. He said he would call me back with information Monday (this was a Saturday). No call received Monday so I called Samsung. Was on the phone with a rep for over half an hour but she did get my claim application in and told me to expect a call from a case manager with instructions on how to exchange. She said call back should be in 24 hours but give them 48. I waited the full 48 hours and never got a call so I called Samsung again. Waited for a call back for an hour through their queue call back service. The rep put me on hold several minutes while she confirmed something then said she was transferring me to a case manager. She transferred me to the main line and I ended up in queue again. There's an hour wait so I selected the option for a call back. It has been 2 hours and still no call back. I don't expect one today as it is after business hours. So I'm going to have to call them again tomorrow. I have been without an oven for over a month now. This process is ridiculous. Only two repair service providers in my area that will work under the Samsung warranty and they both have the worst ratings in town. I called the service I used under my old appliance warranty and learned they do repair Samsung appliances but will not accept warranty service. The rep was kind and didn't say anything bad about Samsung, but I now understand why. They're a 5 star rated service and it appears Samsung is not! I'm not sure when I'm going to get a range that works completely. Samsung products may be great but, if you have trouble with one, don't expect your warranty to do its job.

The TV will not stay connected to my devices. I called while at work twice and the customer service people want me to stay home and spend an hour playing with a TV that does not work. The TV is less than 3 months now and I reset it and it won't let me activate it without a Samsung account. Why did you sell me garbage and why are you demanding that I pay thousands of dollars and have to sign up with you? I'm not able to sign in and what the hell is it with Samsung and no key board if we need to type passwords. The caps lock has to be activated every time instead of staying until I turn it off. So many failures with this. A 2 thousand dollar TV that I need to spend an hour screwing with to watch. Take this broken TV back and stop trying not to be responsible by making me take a day off to repeat the tests I have already done. IT IS BROKEN

Pathetic. My year-old Samsung TV just died, completely. It has a 3-year Samsung warranty. After 33 days, 1 canceled service visit, and 3 actual service visits with 2 parts replaced (all costing Samsung many times the cost of a new TV), they finally said they need to replace the TV. But, I need to wait to receive a call from the Exchange team, who will give me "information" and will then hand off to some other team for the next step. Because that's "the process."

Purchased an S10+ last August, I thought this phone would be great for traveling and pictures. It takes great photos, that's about it. This phone was plugged into my vehicle charging while I was driving in last winter and the phone started smoking and sparking! I was so taken back, I could not believe a brand new phone , let alone any phone that would do that! Huge safety hazard! Months later I noticed how the phone over heats while on a video chat after about 45min while in the comfort of my own home. Sure electronics heat up in the sun but not while sitting at home. 2 days ago my phone screen (1/3 of it) literally just went white with light, then it decides to switch to all different colors.. it flashes very quickly with green and white light, red, orange whichever it feels like. I also have no accessibility to the keyboard or anything on the bottom of the screen unless you remember where the icons are off my heart because you can't see anything but bright light. Also I can only get to the home screen if I set it on a wireless chargers and push a bunch of buttons to hopefully prompt the lockscreen and I remembered by password off my heart so I can swipe in but you basically can't see anything you do. This phone cost almost $2000 brand new and it is JUNK! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SAMSUNG PHONES! I use to love Samsung and then I went to the Iphone and back to a Samsung...worst mistake.

I have all Samsung appliances washer dryer dishwasher. My house is only 3 1/2 years old as is all my appliances. My dishwasher has broke down 3 times, for whatever reason it won’t get my dishes clean. My washer has had 2 recalls on it and my clothes will not come clean, I use the best wash detergent and fabric softener and I run a washer cleaner thru it on a regular basis. Lastly my dryer. The belt tensioner went bad. 3 days after that repair 2 drum rollers went bad. I’m done with Samsung. Not like they would make things right anyway.

I am noticing these companies sites you are forced to give a rate of at least 1 rating to their company as a 1. Even if they don't deserve it. So, I will now know these are not as accurate as you would believe. It should allow you to tell your review then rate your experience of the company if you wanted to. That would be a more depiction of real life experiences. Well, my own certified experience with the products are okay and small to minimum. This is a great thing for me. However, my experience working with the company is a much different story. You would think a major company like Samsung would treat employees fair and sensibly but by no means do they do this. My first impression was entering a prison with cell mates all going thought security scanning and probing. This is somewhat understandable with because of thief. The major problem I couldn't over look was the direct disrespectful leaders who they put in charge of the new employees. I was yelled at and disrespected so badly on my 3rd day, that another employee asked me to come on the isle with him to get away from all the unorderly misconduct. I was only at this job for 3 days not even a week and strange men walked right up to me and proceeded to yell and act unprofessional and frightening me. I will assume this is the approved behavior of this company as to the first impression is a prison environment. This man acted like a salvage towards me.I'm still trying to understand the logic to his outburst of behavior as well to me. He proceeded to go get more men to intimidate or to jump a 5*4 inch woman weighting 150 IBS . I'm still tormented by his actions and the other man told me because I had a problem with his behavior toward me to clock out and he would walk with me. I asked him kindly to stay away from me because I am assuming they are still going to jump me or rape me at this point and he threaten to call security on me if I resisted him. Please you never know the work environment of where we chose to buy products or use products from. please investigate your buying power and the way people treat their employees. You could be sponsoring rape, abuse and mistreatment at these companies just to have a Samsung phone experience. I certify personally my true and real experience of this issue.

purchased a samsung refrigerator, microwave and stove from home depot in September 2018. I had to call for repair on a peeling stove in September 2019, repair icemaker broke in June 2020 and now my stove is peeling again. (august 2020) Samsung states this is not under warranty and it will be my responsibility to have this fixed. I feel if a product has the same problem is less than a year its a manufactures responsibility even tough the warranty is up. I also have an extended warranty. I would never purchase another Samsung product again. BUYERS BEWARE
