I purchased a Samsung stovetop at Lowes. It was missing a part (i found out after installing on countertop). I contacted Samsung support a total of five times since August 1, 2019 (it is now 11/4/19) I "chatted" with five different people, have three different ticket numbers but still do not have the part needed. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with when trying to resolve my issue. Not sure if I will ever get my part delivered!! Beyond frustrated in Boston, NY

I've been using samsung galaxy since the s7. Everytime a new galaxy phone comes out, I have to have it. My least favorite this far has been the s9 and I only say that because the battery life. I'm wielding the S10+ now and I have absolutely no complaints. I absolutely love the phone and anytime I've ever needed help with anything, Samsung goes above and beyond to help me through it. I've read a lot of reviews on here, I don't know why Samsung has such bad reviews.. I've been using their products loyally for over a decade and I've never had any problems. One suggestion I do have for the next galaxy though - please get a IR blaster. It's the one thing that no one has on their devices anymore but one of the first that I look for in the spec's before preordering a new phone.

My washer broke on July 29, so Samsung sent a repair guy he coudnt fix it. So Samsung say they will refund me because it under warrantie. Here it is October 31 still no refund been going 30 mile round trip to mother inlaws. I give up will never by Samsung ever or anything partners with Samsung

Called customer service to have my washer and dryer looked at. They set up an appointment for a week out. The day of the appointment no one showed. When I called to inquire they said that they needed a credit card on file in order to book the appointment. I gave them the credit card they booked the appointment. Four days later a gentleman came out to take a look at the washer only and not the dryer! When I called Samsung they were a few days out before they could get somebody else out there to look at the dryer since they didn’t put both the washer in the dryer on the work order. Absolutely horrible customer service!

My experience with Samsung products and customer service was always extremely disappointing. Two months ago we purchased a counter depth fridge with the hope of experiencing something different but again the customer service and product is the same as our previous experiences. I can't believe it. I only purchased the fridge because my wife liked the model or else I would have purchased another brand. A drop of sauce fell on the ice chute and it cannot be washed off as this plastic is extremely soft and porous. Customer service suggested I clean the stain with stainless steel cleaner. Really. No help whatsoever. I strongly recommend everyone to do their DD before purchasing any Samsung product.

I have been an avid fan of Samsung for quite a while. I recently upgraded to the note 10 plus and I have wanted to throw it multiple times. I have set my fingerprints soooooo many times but yet they NEVER work. I decided to try the facial recognition since the fingerprint scanner is garbage and it worked for about an hour before it decided to forget what I look like. I am beyond frustrated with the fact I can hardly get my damn phone open! Tried to write a review on Samsung's page but the review page is conveniently unavailable, almost as if they could care less after they get your money. I love new technology but only if it WORKS like it's supposed to!!!

Awful service. Did not place the extra service for install and set up and demo of the TV despite me paying for it. Call center is useless put the phone down on us!!!! Told wrong info as everyone seems eager to pass the book and nobody takes responsibility. I want my money back from these idiots.

Ordered a galaxy S10 Plus in ceramic black. Customer servive said they ran out of ceramic so they sent me a regular black one. If I wanted the one I originally ordered I had to keep checking the website until it was back in stock then order it again. In the meantime I have no phone, and nobody at samsung's service center was of any help.They did tell me they'd give me 25$ off my next possibly wrong phone from their site for driving the phone back to fed ex because it's now my responsibility to return the device I didn't order. Completely unacceptable how can you have this kind of following with no customer service at all?

SAMSUNG has the worst customer service. No one in ALL departments actually knows their role and cannot provide any type of help. The return process is horrible I’ve been waiting on my product to be returned for almost 4 months now. They always transfer calls to the case manager department which does nothing for you at all. They have great products but will lose a lot of customers due to this matter. They can count me out, HELLO APPLE!

My family purchased all new appliances on 10-7-19. The appliances were delivered on 10-12-19. The microwave was damaged when we opened the box. Imediately we called Home Depo and was instructed to call Samsung. We spoke w 10 + different people on the Samsung team. Not 1 person had a resolution for us. We provided proof of purchase, pictures of the merchandise etc. They sent out a Samsung repair specialist to inform us that we would basically be taking a loss. They dont cover physical damage even though that's how we received our appliances. It has been soooooo stressful and by far the WORST experience ever!! We will NEVER purchase another Samsung item!! PLEASE LET SAMSUNG BE YOUR VERY LAST RESORT.

The worst experience ever with the purchase as well as the customer service! My fridge broke down after 4 years; the technician changed the main board for 470$ but it went back to freezing the fridge and water coming down to the drawers after 3 weeks. The ice maker never worked. Calling customer service, they said there is nothing they can do as it is not under warranty. Samsung thinks that their fridges need to last for 1 year! Shitty product and service!

My Samsung A70 shut off for the second time. The first time it happened I was assisted by JACOB from the samsung store at West Edmonton Mall. He as very helpful and knowledgeable with what he does. Unfortunately the shut of happened again for the 2nd time after a few weeks. I went to the store and . again JACOB assisted me with exemplary customer service. This time my phone was shipped to toronto for further repair and was given a temporary phone. Kudos as well to JOHN and KEVIN for the assistance. You guys are truly a company asset I just hope my phone really gets fix and wont have the same problem . Its really a big hassle.

The product is out of stock but it still able to be ordered but then refund and inform that the product is out of stock. This is so disappointed when you expect a phone to be delivered but instead they deliver you an email.

Purchased a TV direct from them. Was renovating where it was going to go, so didn't take it out of the box and plug it in for a month. When I plugged it in, the screen was broken. They apparently have a policy that they won't allow a return or exchange after two weeks. Got bounced around from agent to agent across multiple departments for over an hour trying to get them to take it back. I spent over $1k for something DOA. Learned my lesson. Will always check things the moment that I get them in the mail, but will also stop buying direct from Samsung. The customer experience was absolutely horrendous and they would rather lose me as a customer than be understanding and make things right.

I want to warn as many customers as possible about the Samsung product. Samsung from Mississauga did not want to repair the stove even it was under warranty. The glass plate on the stove breaks because it overheats while Samsung technican based on the photo concluded that it is physical damage

I have all my Appliances Samsung From 2016 After 16 months dishwasher get bad Couple of months later Washer get bad Six months ago my refrigerator get bad And now Microway is not making hot That’s why Samsung is Not deserve for even one star

We have a Samsung refrigerator model #rf18hfenbsr that was purchased brand new and installed prior to us taking possession of our house just 3 years ago. It continues to freeze up and stop cooling every 4 months so we have to take everything out, let it thaw then plug back in, only to have to do it again in 4 more months. It also has some sort of plastic cover that sits on the top of the fridge that will not allow us to pull it out from under the cabinet to take it out and put it in the dumpster. I have no idea how they even installed it without taking upper cabinets off the wall. I’ve googled this and called Samsung which have both led to no answers. It has the bottom drawer freezer and it doesn’t even open up far enough to get a large casserole dish in. Worst appliance we’ve ever owned. Will never buy Samsung again.

I bought 5 major appliances from Trail Appliances and the Samsung dishwasher, not even 3 months later, does not work properly. I have used dishwashers before and have tried the products that others use and have worked well for them and still come out with dirty dishes. No other person I know has had the issues I am having with this Samsung dishwasher. I've gotten 5 different instructions from 5 different employees of Trail Appliance and Samsung, some are telling me I have to deal directly with Samsung and say they have to send one of their technicians and some are telling me Trail Appliance has to send their technician. I contacted Samsung and they sent a technician that could not fix the problem because he was getting code readings that he did not understand why and went over some ridiculous user suggestions like run your kitchen tap till water runs hot before starting the dishwasher and use different brands of detergent then what was sent with the appliance as a sample. But he basically walked away and my dishwasher still does not work properly. I than contacted Trail Appliance and repeated the story to the employee who than insisted they have to now sent one of their technicians to check, I explained I already gave up two days of work to deal with the repairs and I don't think I should have to give up another day of work when Samsung's technician was already there and could not fix it. Trail appliance warranty manager is not calling me back to deal with this issue and I am taking it as Trail Appliance is not standing behind the products they are sell. DO NOT BUY FROM TRAIL APPLIANCE AND FURTHER DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS AND YOU GET THE RUN AROUND FROM BOTH COMPANIES.
