Samsung Support is totally unprofessional and just lame and dishonest. Let me start with the fact that a tech support guy I had to deal on some very basic matter was so inconfident and technically non savvy that I asked to transfer my call to some else since he simply couldn't understand a thing I was trying to tell him. Hi refused to do that and also refused to provide me with neither his name nor his agent id. Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest.

I have Galaxy Watch (42mm) Midnight Black (4G LTE) came with my Note 10. So disapponted with the battery life. As days goes by the battery life does not even reach 8 hrs. Its almost 40 days I have the watch. However I love the note 10 and its battery life.

Just bought a Samsug electric range, in less than a month of purchase the control panel became completely inoperable. Called Samsung all they said they could do is call a service person which would take a week or so before they could be here. There no way we could wait a week or so before we could cook. All I ask for was a RN so I could exchange it for a new one a Lowes, Samsung said they could not do that either, even though the range was less than two months old. The Samsung rang is my last purchase of a Samsung product. Would not recommend to my enemies much less my friends.

I am very dissatisfied with my service I received from Samsung. A few months ago my freezer broke. They set up for a technician to come out to my home to see if the problem could be fixed. It took days for his technician to call me back and by the time they did my food had spoiled. When the technician did call I found out that my repair wasn't covered under warranty. So I ended up paying out of my pocket. I didn't mind doing so but what bothered me was that my food was worth $300 spoiled. I called samsung customer service to see if I could get some sort of compensation, however, they refused saying that because the freezer was out of warranty they couldn't help me. I don't think this is acceptable. If they had told me from the start that my freeezer wasn't under warranty, then I could have someone else to immediately come and fix it and could have saved all the food. I will never buy any more appliances from Samsung.

I called this morning and spoke with Edwardo. I had agreed to answer the survey. I don't know what happened. It was talking and sending survey questions at the same time, so I could not respond. Here is my feedback Edwardo was so very patient while he was resolving the problem. The problem was popup ads constantly appearing. Thank you Edwards for stopping these ads. They were defeating my patience. On the other hand, Samsung has a store advertised as being in Carmel, Indiana. There is a gun store at that site. Samsung needs to remove that site from it locations. People are driving there only to find that the Samsung site has been gone for over two years. Really poor customer communications,.

We bought a Samsung refrigerator 3 years ago. Within the first year the ice maker was repaired 3 times then finally replaced with a new one which failed about 3 months later (after warranty expired). We have to take a hair dryer to it about every 3 to 4 weeks because it completely ices over inside. Now after 3 years the computer has gone out! Our repairman says it is not worth fixing. He has seen a lot of computer and compressor failures with Samsung. Unfortunately, 2 of our sons each have a Samsung and their ice makers are failing as well. We will never recommend Samsung appliances.

I have made three purchases of Samsung products: a kitchen package (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave), a washer and dryer, and a blu-ray player. Three of the four items in the kitchen package had major repairs within the first year. The washer had to be replaced in fewer than 3 months. The blu-ray has not functioned properly since it's purchase and has been sent back once and we have been fighting over shipping it back. They can't get a shipping label for us to send it back for the second time.

We purchased a Samsung refrigerator 3 years ago, cost us about $3000, unfortunately we did not buy the extended warranty. The fridge does not work at all, we've had two third party Samsung authorized repair techs to look at the fridge (costing $500 combined) and the fridge still does not work! Samsung doesn't care that a 3 year old Samsung fridge is unfixable and headed to landfill. Terrible product. Do not buy Samsung.

Upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy s8 to Note10 in the process of data transfer all my text messages were deleted. Now they are irretrievable. We purchased 4 note 10s from bestbuy on December 19th and all had data transfer but 1 phone had all its texts deleted. According to a Sprint technical support person, Samsung smart switch software caused the problem. Samsung needs to compensate me for this loss.

I bought Samsung dishwasher for my new house. I used it for the first time and there was a huge water leakage. Called at the store from where I bought it. They asked me to contact Samsung customer service which I found the worst one. Due to this leakage, I got damages in my kitchen floor and garage ceiling. No one at Samsung helped me instead they are transferring my case from one team to another team. Very very rude staff and I am regretting to buy Samsung dishwasher. One week after, their technician came to fix it but messed it more and left without fixing it. I wish I could give negative points to Samsung and their customer service instead of one star. Please don’t buy Samsung dishwasher!!!!

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy something or other 5 or 6 years ago for my personal use and it has been a GREAT phone. I am going to keep it! Yesterday, I purchased from Best Buy a Samsung Galaxy A50 Unlocked, for my new business. the phone itself appears to be remarkable. All I wanted was a users manual, so that when I obtained a SIM card from my carrier, I would know how to use the phone, like turn it on. HOWEVER, there was no manual provided with the phone so I looked up Samsung on the internet. I searched for Galaxy A50 users manual. It gave me a site that insisted that I log in, create an account and agree to terms and conditions and privacy statement. I would have doe so but there were no buttons to allow me to do that so I was stuck. I found a link to chat with customer support but it was was staffed by an AI of about IQ 50 that asked stupid questions. After ranting and raving about the incompetence of the company, I was eventually connected to a person (pretty sure) Carol, who directed me to a link that was supposed to give me a manual link, but turned out to be a marketing website. Well, eventually, an hour after I first started, I found a link to a user manual and downloaded it. BUT the point is, SAMSUNG, it is not a good idea to make your customers hate you, a state you have achieved with me. Simple things should be simple to do. Here is a suggestion, in large bold print in the silly brochure included with your phones you state, "If you would like a user manual, go to samsungmanuals.com" and it would be a site solely dedicated to providing users manuals. No fuss no muss. You would think people capable of designing and building smart phones could figure that out. Alas, apparently not so. Your customer reviews reflect this. My advice to the to top administration of Samsung would be to but your top customer service management through wood chippers to fertilize your headquarter's landscaping. You could then display plaques saying, "Here lie the stupid, the incompetent, the people who make us look like morons. Your job is to do better. The wood chipper is still available." Some people will think this a bit harsh or over the top, but it is not. It is not our desire to put up with your nonsense, dismiss your incompetence or forgive your idiocy. We have jobs, we have people to support, we have businesses, we have important things to do that do not involve WASTING unrecoverable time trying to obtain information you should have simply provided as a BASIC component of your business. Fix it!

First, the delivery guys called me every hour starting at 10 am to tell me they would be here in 30 minutes, this lasted until they actually arrived at 4 PM. We purchased a washer and dryer - although their site says it comes with installation included for the bundle they did not provide it. This was also sent to our email, to which they responded that they send the confirmation of installation to everyone, even when it's not included. When I called to inquire about it they said that my only course of action was to return the appliances and re-purchase (mind you, it took 2 months to arrive) with the installation services. I asked if they could hear how stupid and wasteful that sounded, to which the CSR agreed, but said there is nothing else that can be done. This is the most idiotic system I've ever seen. Screw you Samsung. I would rather buy from anyone else in the future.

purchase and A50 Samsung cell phone 2 months later went skiing with friends at no time the phone one into water but the next day the phone started blinking on and off then the screen went off completely I got a hold of Samsung where they send me to one of their repair shops in New York City on Washington Street there I sat for about an hour and a half till someone came and told me that the phone cannot be repaired because it falls out of warranty because it was submerged in water this is not true the phone never got submerged in water and Samsung repairs refuse to repair it this is not right I bought this direct from their website they claim water resistant not waterproof but it never went into the water so how can they just turn around and cancel my warranty. Will never buy from Samsung again or recommend them to any of my friends shame on them are they back greedy for money?

I bought a double oven gas range less than a year ago and the door won’t close and locks when I try to close it, model number NX58M6850s*, and now I have the pleasure of trying to get someone to fix it free of charge because it’s less than a year old. They said the door is damaged so I’m S out of luck. I see hours of Time on the phone in my future. Can’t believe this. Does anyone even care that this stove was selling at $1600. Dollars and hasn’t lasted a year. I have had used stoves last longer than this. Already spent more than 4 hours on the phone and this is just the beginning. Going to honest probably won’t ever purchase Samsung products again if they don’t make good on this. I am extremely disappointed with the product, never purchased something supposedly this nice, I love to bake and cook, so this is awful for me, makes me cry that I chose the wrong stove and company. Samsung you need to make good on your products for at least one year. I purchased the stove 12/9/2018 and didn’t receive it until around 2/15/2019, I know they are trying to claim that I damaged it, not the case, it just looks like a great way out for them. I wish this could be resolved soon. I miss having a good functioning stove. This is how you keep customers, unless we are expendable. Also saw reviews that someone else had the exact same problem.

We bought a sound bar, was bad the day we hot it. Called to have fixed, sent the soundbar back to Samsung. Now we still don't have a soundbar! After several weeks and calling daily. Many different excuses, we are still waiting! All we want is a Exchange or to be fixed. Sad..no straight answers and now they sent me a second ticket number. This is aweful.

We purchased a refrigerator, washer, and dryer, a few months before moving into our new home while they were on sale. Shortly before our closing date, I called to see about getting our delivery date moved to an earlier day. I found out that our fridge had been discontinued. NO ONE BOTHERED TO TELL US. We picked a new one and when our new delivery day came, we had no fridge, and NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL. I made a call and found that our stuff had not made it to the delivery agent on time. That would have been good to know so I wouldn't have spent my day at home waiting for nothing to show up. We only had our fridge for two weeks before it was finally picked up. It arrived with some small dents, but nothing that affected the functionality. (Our washer and dryer had damage too, but they work great. Seems like Samsung doesn't package their stuff well.) It worked fine, but did not fit in the space we had like we thought it would. When I opened the doors on the right side, they did not open all the way and I couldn't pull out the drawers very far. (The smart fridges are big and don't come in a smaller size.) There was no lack of space for food, just not a good option if you don't have a space designed for a large fridge. Since we chose to not keep it, we didn't mess with the smart features so I don't know if they are all that great or not. After reading reviews on the website, I'm glad we didn't keep it. Sounds like the ice maker has a lot of issues. Samsung wanted to come out and basically see if I was telling the truth. I realize there are people out there that just like to cause trouble and tell lies, but I don't make these kind of calls for no reason. (I loathe making phone calls.) If I call you to tell you that your product isn't working for me, it's the truth. I have better things to do with my time. (We just moved into a new home! I was plenty busy!) I ended up working with a gentleman from where we bought it from and it was picked up. I was going to get a different Samsung fridge, but after all of the the terrible service and phone calls, I went with a different brand. I had to have that same gentleman help me get my refund as it had been over a MONTH since the fridge had been picked up. I will not be using Samsung again unless I absolutely have to, or their customer service DRASTICALLY improves. If you have had a great experience with them, I am truly happy for you. Unfortunately, this is what happened to me and I think others should know.

our approx 7year old washer has failed due to a "spider flange" breaking, this is a costly and major repair and the design of the cheap metal samsung used in the mfr of this part inside washer means that this washer is doomed nowas cost of fix approaches cost of new washer, samsung flatly denied any knowledge of this problem yet it is all over youtube and forums as a chronic design problem occuring,i will not purchase anything built by samsung in future,we have lots of their appliances in 2 homes we own,
