Got my son the new Samsung earbuds for his birthday a month after he got them the left ear bud stopped working we sent back the earbuds for them to send us a new pair we never received them they blame ups so my son has no ear buds and they did nothing to fix the issue thank you samsung for your great and wonderful customer service..

I am so sorry I bought a samsung phone. I have a galaxy s10+ and is absolutely defective, Samsung has given me the run around, blaming the carrier, the sim card, my apps, I'm sure if I called them again the there would be more. Don't buy this phone!!! You don't want to talk to Samsung's customer service!! Also sorry I have to give them one star, they don't deserve it

Tech support ... One cannot delete Bixby from an S10+. It is disabled but continues to force you to consider updating it. GET IT OFF THE PHONE!

I ordered a TV from Samsung, the company they contracted to deliver TV (AGS) was no able to deliver the TV. Subsequently, AGS never returned the TV to Samsung and they will not credit my account. In the end I have no TV and out $1000. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SAMSUNG!

I had the Samsung Note 10+ less than 12 hours (8 of them I was asleep). The dropped the phone - my fault- the back panel shattered. The fact that a device people take literally everywhere is made entirely of glass and is so delicate - Samsung's fault. I dropped my 8+ multiple times, as most people do, and it never shattered. Samsung has so little confidence in their product that they offer no other resolution than to pay my high insurance deductible and get a refurbished phone that someone else broke. A $600+ device should be more durable. I didn't even have it long enough to get the case I ordered.

Samsung does not stand beside any of there stuff , I bought everything for my kitchen from Samsung in 2017 in 2019 my refrigerator started to rust around the bottom of ice maker and water dispenser i called Samsung they made appointment for dish in home service to come out ( they never showed ) I called Samsung back they made new tickets after on the phone with them for hours they then then transferred me to dish in home service they told me i had to pay because it was not in warranty RUST FROM THE INSIDE OUT IS THEY PAINT THEY USED WHEN IT WAS MADE LONG STORE SHORT DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG THEY ARE SHITTY AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEY PRODUCT !!!!! DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG !!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

Our home cinema system broke within warranty. Unable to replace it they tried give me a part refund - this I explained is illegal under Sales of Goods Act in UK. They then agreed full refund. When no refund came I called to find Head Office had refused it because the speakers hadn't been returned (I had previously asked if they wanted them and they had said no). They arranged collection but went to the wrong address. I chased again and they said that I needed for a third time to register the refund payment. This has been a truly dreadful experience and our Samsung household will not be buying TVs, DVD players etc from them again and I'll be telling my friends and family this story. Incredibly poor service.

If you are even thinking of buying a Samsung appliance move on! We purchased the four door refrigerator and have had it approximately 2 Nd 1/2 years. 5 days ago we woke up with water all over the floor and the freezer stopped working. One hour on the phone being transferred from one number to another just to make an appt for today. 5 hr window! 2nd problem with this refrigerator. Don't buy this product!

bloody cheaters....from past one week 8m suffering .....my ph display is automatically....gone it self wn i go to that servicr center....that fellow is not abel to find their brand over all display is gone....they will goomed their camera and find the small scrach on my ph display....bloody cheaters。。。。after 5 years later i came from ios to android and i choose this fuccking bloody cheaters brand....dear frnds who ever have a idea to buy this samsung brand....plz leave that.....any how they dont give anyy value to ur money.....but you...guys dont waste ur money by buying that fuccking brand ph.....ur money is true valueable.....plz give value to ur .....dont suffer like me....by buying this fukking samsung phones.....thank you

Worst experience with Samsung this time on Note 10+, my note 9 was working perfectly fine. I just bought it a month back and it has an issue which happens intermittently where it loses network if coming down the lift or going to underground parking lot and never recovers until I restart the phone. Reached to official samsung service center and they mentioned its a known samsung motherboard issue and asked me to get the phone replaced. On reaching out to samsung care had another worst experience where they said they would only replace within 14 days of receiving the order even though they knew they sent me a defective product. So now they would only repair or replace the motherboard and send it and I have to live with it knowing I paid 1100 dollars for a defective product. Worst customer support for a huge brand like Samsung.... I feel cheated and robbed by this company. Totally unprofessional... No ethics in even supporting for their product.

I called 1-800- Samsung, the customer care line, on Tuesday September 9th to advise of documents I needed to text over to them. My washer have been down for two months and I only had it for four months. The manager I spoke with previously left very detailed notes as to Joseline the representative refused to read or follow the instructions noted. I agreed to take the survey and at the end of the call Joseline continued to place me on hold and then I would just hear dead silence. I waited as this (placing me on hold and then just holding the phone with the line muted) went on for 40 minutes. Very poor customer service for such an expensive unit.

Worst customer service ever. They have got absolutely no idea what needs to be done to solve the issue. I needed help with the TV remote, since it doesn't work properly. The customer service person has no idea what needs to be done to help. Wasted 45 minutes of my time . Worst customer service ever.

Had a Tab S3 repaired under warranty this week. Took into Plymouth repair centre on Monday, text message Tuesday that it was repaired, collected Wednesday. New screen and motherboard. Wonderful service!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Bought a new refrigerator and it went out after just one week. It took over two months and multiple service calls (seriously - 45 minutes a day for two months) to resolve the issue. The finally reimbursed me for the product but only reimbursed a fraction of the food spoilage due to this. I just got bounced around from one person to the next, they kept closing the ticket, and no one seemed to want to take responsibility or even give me direction. They have one general line, so even when it goes to the refund team, you cannot get into touch with them with any questions.... only via email. I would ask a number of questions and they would only answer 1. Compelte joke - do not buy Samsung!!!!! They do not stand behind their products.

I sent my notes 8 6months ago. Every time I contact they tells me different story. What wrong with this company!. I heard so many people have same problem. I never buy Samsung'product again.

I have had to replace my Samsung Galaxy phone 5 times in past two years. These have been mainly for software issues. The phone is slow dialing out; the phone has to be reset every week... then every day then two to three times per day; the speaker/microphone acting up; other programs slowing down, etc. I would have switched to another phone company but did not want to lose all my data. Have reached the end. STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANY PHONE OTHER then a Samsung. Works good for a couple of months to hook you and then starts failing.

Don't buy any Samsung company products this is a one if the fraudster company in indsu. I was purchased one refrigerator in January month after 2 days it is not worked at all so I requested to refund my amount and take back that product but still they are not refund my amount. When I was called to their customer care they are telling stories, actually I bought that product in EMI and took insurance for that. Product cost is 26500 but emi and insurance and transportation cost for return the product is 32530, but there is no response from their end. So, I am desided to sue in consumer court on Samsung company. So, I suggest you people please be aware while purchasing Samsung products.
