Purchased a new refrigerator in August. Six repairs and compressor died. We have been without a refrigerator for a month. No end in sight. Don’t buy Samsung.

I bought a samsung smart watch active not even a year ago there suppose to replace the watch been without my watch for 2 months still no watch. They have no answer when in going to get a new one. Samsung will take your money but dont want to give you a working watch. The worse customer service I've ever had. Dont but a watch from them. If you go get a warranty else where. Will not buy another watch from them

Samsung Tab A SM-T510 (2019) tablets have a serious problem with LCD. The inner LCD cracks even without any physical damage to the outer body of the tablet. I think it's the temperature that's causing this. Mine cracked when I left it in my car and the temperature was about 82 degrees outside. Similar thing happened to a friend of mine when he used his Samsung tablet in snowy day. Both the tablets were under valid Manufacturer Warranty but Samsung Repair Center in New Jersey refused to fix it for free and asked us $119 for each. Even the Manufacturer Warranty states that it won't cover outer physical damage and only inner parts. Both the tablets' glass screens are intact and there re no cracks outside, only the inner LCD black screen s cracked. Does anybody know how to get this to Class Action lawsuit attorneys ?

I thought I was purchasing a top quality complete set of kitchen appliances. I paid extra to get the black stainless WHAT A TERRIBLE MISTAKE!!! First the bottom of the oven warped and the coating started to flake off. Their response - customer abuse. REALLY???!!! What did I do? Take paint remover and a tool to a brand new oven? Not hardly. I used a wet wash cloth soaked in hot water and Dawn. Next, the black finish started to peel off the oven door at the junction to the handle. Their response - once again customer abuse. To add insult to injury I was told that the warranty ONLY covers mechanical parts and NOTHING ELSE. Now the motor on the refrigerator sounds like a diesel engine every time it runs - it can be heard two rooms over. To be insulted by not only the person who originally answered the phone but his manager that I abused the appliances was incredible. Who would spend nearly $3000 for new appliances and then abuse them is unbelievable. They absolutely refuse to do anything to correct these situations and just keep referring me to the warranty book which states they are not responsible for any of these issues is beyond insulting. RUN do not walk past Samsung appliances. I wish I had never laid eyes on them. Even Best Buy couldn't help with these problems. I feel like making a sign and standing in front of the appliances at the store warning people not to waste their money. Unfortunately I am widowed and retired and cannot afford to get rid of them and buy something else. Be warned DO NOT buy Samsung appliances. If I could give the review negative stars I would.

I purchase samsung refrigrator in last year august 2019. But installation and demo not avail by samsung within 20 days... Again I purchase the samsung 253 lt. Double door refrigrator, and suffring the same problem... Samsung product is good but his service very poor... I m hardly dissatisfide with samsung service...

If i could go negative I would. I bought the 2019 65" FrameTV directly through Samsung.com because my employer gave us large discount. Worst mistake of my life. TV came broken twice. They also refuse to honor the warranty. I've already done 15 hours of calls with them. At one point they didn't believe that I owned the TV and were making me send text messages of SN on the back and in the menu section. It is to a point that I'll need to pursue legal action to even get any money back and I'd assume that will do nothing. I'll never buy anything Samsung again. They should be ashamed how bad their product and services are.

My known issue with the ice maker freezing up was not fixed by Samsung. I have unplugged my fridge 4 to 5 times over the 3 yr life to fix this issue but it was always refreeze and leave us with no ice maker until I unfroze it again. I called and they won't fix it until I have had one service call that they are aware of (even tho I fixed it several times myself). There is no standing behind their product or issues. Do not buy a Samsung. You will be sorry.

Purchased a 65 inch samsung curved tv less than 3 years ago. It developed a tear drop shaped white spot upper right hand corner.I looked on several samsung websites and found this is a very common problem. In fact i found a picture of another tv with the exact same spot in the exact same location. I payed about 3700 dollars for this thing on amazon. Samsund knows they have a defective product and refuse to aknowledge it and refuse to recall these tvs. The thing is now a boat anchor as it is off warranty. Do not buy a samsung tv they do not stand behind their products.

Purchased a 65 inch curved tv about 3 years ago. Noticed a whie tear drop shape on the upper right hand corner. Checked several websites and found this is a very common problem with these tvs. In fact found a picture on a website that matched the mark that showed up on my screen exactly. Samsung is selling defective products and know it and will not recall these tvs. I spent around 3700 dollars for this tv and its now a boat anchor in less than 3 years. Do not purchase a samsung tv it is not worth the money and aggravation. They know these tvs are defective and will not recall them.

Samsung smartthings hub Samsung I believe is running fake promotion on smartthings hub with Bulb. I did not receive the order and neither bulb nor Samsung support is ready to take the responsibility 2 big brands just fooling around with customers Avoid this buy or for that matter avoid the 2 companies

Absolutely horrible customer service... I will never ever buy anything Samsung again! I will tell everyone I know too... A brand new microwave malfunctioned and burnt my dinner with full flames.My husband had to use the fire estinguisher.They first tried to say it was out of warranty. Then they show up at the wrong time- twice... Finally- the third time they came, took pictures and left me with my smokey burnt micro. I had to ask- when I would get a response. They said- in 3 days. Four days letter- I had to call. At first- they couldn’t find any report. Finally- what do they say? It’s my fault? How? The fire department stated it was the microwave at fault. No evidence- no email- nothing. Its motor made a huge shrieking sound then I saw the flames. I was heating up the same meal in the same serving dish at the same time (2:30) for the third time prior to it malfunctioning. They now refuse to pay to even have it removed- after they refused to remove it when there. Lucky for me- I paid for an extra warranty with Best Buy. Good bye Samsung!

What didn't! I recently purchased a matching set of appliances from HD . Fridge,range,dish washer. 7 days later water dispenser developed loud clanking noise from within. I called Samsung and they told me they don't have service within a 100 mi. of my area. So, what is the solution, a refund because they also don't have the fridge in stock. This breaks up the matching set of appliances and they refuse to refund for the other appliances. This is an entirely new kitchen remodel. Now I'm stuck with mixedma tched appliances and no 1 year mfg. warranty. Samsung is a scam when it comes to their policies. Their representatives only have the company in their best interest and not to mention their rude conduct over the phone and lack of follow-up I mean absolutely no return calls. I had to pursue this issue for 5 days and resolved nothing. Zero stars. Very disappointed with HD, SAMSUNG & their Warranty Depts. I talked with several reps they all had different info or just passed me to the next rep that didn't know much more than the next. Don't buy Samsung until you know if they service your area otherwise their Warranty is void.

Ordered a otr microwave. Got delivery date which I find out when they are on the way they are also installing. I didnt have things cleared out as needed. They never got the old one out after rocking it back and forth. Never got new one in, had them take it with them...NO PAPERWORK AT ALL FOR ME! I was given nothing as they had nothing for the delivery, just gotta take them at their word. Over 2 hours - mostly on hold or repeating my name and address to countless cust serv reps and cant even get confirmation that the order is cancelled to get a refund. Oh, and cust serv doesn't even know they do install. Nice. Another completely segmented company where no one has the slightest bit of knowledge on company and their services. Horrible.

The worst product and service, bought TV last December and in 2 months would not turn on, had to unplug then plug in to work, and their customer service said their policy is to fix it not take back. Paid for a new TV and they won’t take responsibility for their problem.

Buyer beware - Don’t buy samsung! Purchased brand new 65” high def tv for $2500. 13 months later it had a red line through the middle. Samsung would not cover it as the warranty expired. By By Samsung- Hello LG!!!

My son bought a VR headset in December 2019. The headset did not work so he sent it back to be repaired. It is now March and he has called several times (~8) and every person we talk to says it's another department and transfers us. At this point he just wants a refund but again, we keep being told that's another department and transferred. This is an extremely unethical company that will give you the run around until you give up and keep your money and merchandise. We will not ever be buying a Samsung product again.

All five knobs on a two-year-old gas range have broken, including the one replacement they magnanimously sent me for free. Poorly designed, should have been recalled, but they won't do anything to fix the problem accept refer you to a parts dealer who will send you replacement defective knows at $90 a piece. I will never buy another Samsung product.

We went to Best buy in fort collins, CO. The young Samsung employee was so helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. His name was Sesugh Solomon. He helped us decide on Samsung earbuds + and the Samsung watch. I give his customer service a 10 out of 10. Thank you. The prices and quality were great.
