I went with TalkTalk for broadband and TV. Got both items but for reasons beyond me there isn't a remote control with the TV box, I've had 2 and neither had a remote. Over a week later I received a remote, but the aerial loop through (aerial in connection and aerial out connection) doesn't do anything. The TV box is so slow, you can press Netflix on the screen, go make a cuppa, come back and it's almost ready. The UI is awful and also really slow to react, really so frustrating. I prefer my TV's UI so when I want to switch to my TV, the loop through should do this, but it doesn't, I have to take the 2 aerial connections unplug from the box and connect them together to use the TV. The reason I have the TV box is for "fox" and few other channels. So I told talktalk and eventually sent another box, but no difference. I tried other aerial cables, even another TV but no difference. I told them again, they said it's not the box and they will send an engineer. After a while they wrote back saying they can't send an engineer because the COVID 19 is a high risk in my area. I know that I am in one of the lowest risk areas in the UK, one of the island of Scotland. I replied and told them this and why would they say something that is so untrue. They replied saying they can't get an engineer till August at the earliest. I asked again why did they use the COVID 19 as an excuse, they said we will try and get this sorted as soon as we can, they refuse to explain so looks like they use COVID 19 as a cover for the really poor service. I asked them to stop the TV service but no. I know this times are bad, and engineers shouldn't be going into houses, but to say things that are not true is so bad...

My name is Melek, I am 89 years old. I would like everyone to know that Talk Talk is stealing my money from me. For the past 3 months I have has next to zero service on my phone line and my Internet is getting speeds of 2 mbs and it also cuts off every two mins. I have contacted them numerous times and they say they will call back but they don't. They say call the technical team but everyday I wait 2 hours or more to speak to someone but then I have to give up. I'm tired and weak. I have given them so much money and I don't get a service I pay for. They stole from me before after I was lied to about the service I would get which they apologised for (Talk Talks recorded phone lines can confirm this). If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

lack of communication been waiting over a year for change of ownership of the account after filling out multiple forms. extra charges without being warned.

Absolute terrible broadband provider . Speeds are atrocious Suppose to be on fibre more like normal broadband speeds and absolute joke of customer services. No help what so ever only can say you receiving min guarantee

Several weeks without broadband or landline, completely useless, have also tried blocking another provider from taking over. Have taken up with ombudsman and will also be taking them to court over non service whilst still charging me. Avoid

RIP off I had no contact in place, and cancelled 3 times, and talktalk still charged me every month, for over 4 month's, do not trust, avoid even if it's a £1 a month, poor service, con artist. Thay will tarnish your credit history, with out a care, weather or not you are right or wrong, they don't give a sh#t, is all about money, and the credit agencies allow this to happen without any proof form talktalk, just ok that's fine,

We called to cancel 2 weeks after getting talktalk and were told we wouldn't have to pay a final bill. They then didn't actually cut off the connection until after the 20 day cool off period, so now we're forced to pay £251. The 20 day cool off period is obviously a con. We have had nothing good come from talk talk. We asked for a second phone line for an annexe and they cut off the main one, despite having 3 phone lines previously. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's impossible to get through to anyone helpful and they cut you off on live chat every time.

Worst provider ever.As contract ends I finally did service cancellation on live chat,but they decided to keep me till my new provider comes live.and take money for full month although new provider connecting 1 week later.When I just letting know them on live chat about I'm worried agent disconnecting.Very expencive calls from mobile even they not pick the phone.And never providing speed as promised.I do never recommending this provider,from this provider need keep as far as possible,if you do not want affecting your life. !

THE WORST!! STAY AWAY!!!!! TalkTalk are the WORST company i have ever come across with internet. I have had internet for 6 years at this house and never had an issue, i switched to talktalk and i cannot get internet in 30% of my home. When i do the internet regularly drops out and websites take 10-20 seconds to load (i am on unlimited fibre...apparently). I contacted tech and after several hours i was told 'you have no issues, your internet is fine'. However you can buy an adapter from us to fix our slow internet! They may be a little bit cheaper than most but they are NOT worth the saving. Absolute shambles and horrendous customer service. I was kicked off the live chat by them twice (after spending 30+ minutes talking/waiting) then a futher hour and a bit with ZERO resolve.

There is no means of blocking mail you really don't want and never will. I don't want a spam folder that once contained well over 70 items and once I deleted them they then loose the spam identity. The do not answer my complaints even though I have been a loyal customer for years.

Your connection is just completely shocking!! All the time, like every day!! At least 10-20 times a day it drops connection. You blame all sorts of stuff. At my house I’ve had virgin for years and it NEVER loses connection AT ALL!! Keep telling my missus to ditch your crappy service, but she lives out in the sticks so can’t get anything else. The connection you provide is that of the early 90’s AT BEST! You only have to look at the company’s reviews to see that TalkTalk is completely S#$T!!

I pay for superfast broadband and get a speed of 16 when only one device is on. Wifi is patchy throughout house with it dropping out constantly. You can't get through to a human on website, phone number, or in 'chat'. Disgusted, apalling and ridiculous. Would never recommend. Scammers. Only 6% recommending them tells you all you need to know.

WORSE PROVIDER EVER!!!!!! Do not switch !!!!! The worse customer service skills, not worth it , in the end I cancelled and would rather pay £7 a month more to have BT than deal with them!

broadband keeps dropping out was told to swich off all divices when it happens if that doesnt solve it it could be your nabours devices or electricl/magnetic activity in your area.joke or what.

I recently experienced poor fibre broadband speeds recently. When I phoned Talktalk yesterday and spoke to Xolisle Technical services from the Durban call centre, after testing the line ok she was very patient and professional. She immediately diagnosed a router fault and immediately ordered a new one for delivery in 1-2 working days.Well, the new router arrived by DHL courier the next day and after this was installed , my fibre broadband speed was at once increased. I know the customer service reviews are generally poor but I cannot fault Talktalk this time. Very, very well done Talktalk. I am really most impressed.

appalling service been waiting 2 and half months for broadband for the engineer not to come out yesterday never rang me never buzzed the intercom when calling talk talk they kept saying 24 hours and didn't seem bothered absolute disgrace of a company and will be going to the ombudsman shortly to raise my issues as a new customer this is disgusting
