If I give them a half of star I would. The driver dilvered food to my apartment building, didn't even call, text or rang my bell and left the food outside the building entry door. This was food and it was left on the floor outside. Totally disappointing and disgusting service. Wouldn't be using again and definitely wouldn't recommend anyone.

Consistently denies refunds after I have not gotten what I have paid for, gotten the wrong order, or delivery person said they delivered but did not. The company pays and treats drivers terribly, so it is no surprise they are overworked and mistakes are consistently made. Grubhub was good for a few years, abysmal now. Stop giving them your money, it used to be overpriced, now its just comically bad and overpriced.

Horrible service. They provide a tune food will arrive and it is constantly at least 30 minutes. When you complain they give you a few dollars off next order and then that order is late.

Food was late and cold! Driver couldn’t speak or understand English. Contacted customer support and they were not helpful at all. I will never use Grubhub again…..

Claimed they delivered my food. Pictures of delivery was pitch black photo. Turns out they never picked it up. How does their app show the pickup, delivery and even a blank photo of the delivery if it never happened. Terrible company.

The order was not even completed correctly. It was delivered over an hour late without notification. It was cold, it was mishandled. So that items spilled all over in the actual bag. Order number 28512973-2683914. When I requested help I was told "Your request (296477494) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. We will respond to you as soon as we can. After two days of responses from 4 different people that repeatedly apologized asking for me detailed information I received this "Hi Charles, Thank you for you reaching out and we apologize for the inconvenience that your order from La Espuela Mexican Grill arrived in a damaged state, that is definitely not the experience that we want you to have. Here at Grubhub, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance, and we genuinely regret falling short of that expectation. Unfortunately, we can’t issue a refund for this order because it’s been more than 48 hours since the delivery ETA. We apologize for the inconvenience. In the future if there’s an issue, try to reach out to us as soon as possible. Once again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact us at https://www.grubhub.com/help/contact-us or give us a call at1-877-585-7878. Thank you and have a great day or night! Left my food orders outside TWICE this week. Once on the porch of our front entrance - a few more steps and they could have brought it in. 2nd time the driver left it on the other side of my building on the step - no cars parked over there but cars parked in front of the porch over here FRONT OF THE BUILDING. Reached out to GrubHub and they will only refund the tip. I won't use them anymore if they can't do any better than that

This is a joke in delivery service, cancelled my order due to being an hour delay after already being late and when I asked for a refund, they refuse to give me my money back but wants to have my use it as a credit but than I have to use my card for a tip because the money on my grubhub will not cover it so Im wasting money if I dont spend exactly what was credited.. I will never order from her again...everything is horrible.

I've only used them twice and won't use them again. They don't follow instructions and the drivers pass orders off to other drivers likes its a game. Don't use this app! Its a joke. My current order is more than an hour late.

Drivers don't follow delivery instructions. Had knee surgery. Instead of delivering to my door, they left it in lobby; 3 floors below.

Seems like every time I order there is an issue and I don’t find out until late. Either someone took the order by mistake or it was delivered to the wrong person. Totally acceptable…..

Almost 2 hours later, my order is suddenly cancelled. Unbelievable (& so much for the benefits from Amazon with Grubhub). Back to doordash!

Every order is late. They refuse to cancel orders that take over an hour with no driver assigned. Will never order again.

Can't wait for 2 and a half hours for a pizza. We had to leave but Grubhub wouldn't cancel the order. Originally was 1 hour and kept changing and ended up at 2.5 hours.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Multiple issues with multiple orders. Today was the last straw. I ordered lunch for our school VP and Principal for Principals Day. It was set to be delivered at 11:30. I had tablescaped a beautiful table for them, and had multiple activities planned. At 11:32 (2 minutes after it was set to arrive) GrubHub canceled my order. As a school teacher without an unlimited amount of time for a lunch break, had to come up with a plan to provide them lunch. This meant that their scheduled lunch was late and I did not get a lunch because, yet again, I was fixing GrubHubs error. I DO not recommend GrubHub. They have canceled multiple orders or portions of orders on us. Once, our order was delivered to another address and the driver kept the money and 25% tip. Two other times, instead of calling or texting, they left out one person's order from our group order out because the protein selected was not available. Terrible customer service. They do not understand that people depend on their service to be fulfill their commitment to the customer, otherwise we may not get to eat. Not worth the headache. Try a different service.

We received a wrong sushi roll, so I immediatly contacted Grubhub and was told our account would be refunded; however, it wasn't. When I contacted Grubhub again, I was told that my request the request was not in the system so the refund cannot be given. I will now take a screen shot whenever I have to request a refund. It is sad that you cannot trust a business that is unreliable.

I thought I was going to do some damage with my Grubhub review but it looks like I should have read the reviews first. I can't make it any worse. I've spent a lot of money with this company and I've never had worse service from anything other than Uber Eats. Orders are never right and never on time. Don't waste your money on this service. Trust me, get in your car, jump on your bike and save yourself the hassle of having a bad experience.

Always late. Food is cold. Today they left it at the wrong apartment. I called the driver and he would not bring it to me. I went downstairs and the people had MY food in their apartment opened and they refuse to refund me
