“I ordered live beings for my aquarium that needed quick delivery. DHL have failed to deliver saying they couldn't find my postcode, then when I call their IVR it relays my postcode back perfectly. In 3 years of living at this address, I've never had any issues with deliveries. I think thier driver just decided he couldn't be ar**d, because the pin he dropped showing where he'd 'attempted' delivery was over 2 miles away, literally up a random lane - I live in a town, it's really not hard to find.
To top it off, you can't speak to anyone. I want to know they have my address correct, so if my little aquatic friends manage to survive the night (doubtful), they'll actually get here. But no. Thier automated lady will literally cut you off no matter what numbers you enter or whatever you do to try and confuse thier systems. Never, ever, ever (I really can't stress this enough) ever, will I use DHL. Nor will I order anything from ProShrimp again if this is who they use.
No doubt that IF I receive my package tomorrow, everything will be dead. Good job they don't courier organ transplants. Utterly abysmal.”

“This company has to be the worst delivery company going! This is the second time now that I have had them say my parcel has been delivered and it Clearly has NOT. I’m surprised this company have not been shut down, due to fraud and many breaches of the law!! Surely something has to be done. Their customer service staff on the phone are equally as shocking!!!
I spoke to Danny, then somebody called Shauna, then Rihanna in whom their manager is called Phill apparently. I’d like to say that both Danny and Shauna both HUNG up on me in which is a sackable offence I believe, and all three call takers took the drivers side trying to cover up for the driver, claiming that he had delivered my parcel and that basically calling me a liar, in which there is no photo evidence that this has been delivered.
I never have this problem with any other company, Hermes, DPD are such fantastic delivery companies, and if I have the choice, I would never pick DHL. From now on, when I order from online, I will have to check that the company does NOT use DHL, as DHL are so bad that I cannot believe they have not seen shut down!!
I must definitely get in touch with Trading Standards and the Ombudsman eventually about this, as I’m sure the drivers are stealing parcels and breaking the law, and committing some sort of fraud. DHL are the worse company that I have had to deal with!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!”

“I did expedited/expess shipping.
Its been almost two weeks that DHL has been in possession of my package. I look daily to see where it is because it's of medical necessity. The tracking goes from one day in clearance, to another day on hold, to the next day approved, to starting over and going through the same thing all over (ie clearance, hold, approved and again starting over with the same thing). I called to find out when I could expect my package and the best I could make out from the person, was, I just needed to be patient and wait. No wonder they have less than a one star rating. Sad, very sad.”
“I purchased an item from Amazon, had I known the shipping method was DHL, I would not have bought it, it is my 4th nightmare experience in a row, 10 days late from delivery date, it is "out for delivery" in a city 600km away from the destination.
