1 star is too much! REGARDING A 4 MONTH OLD TV I bought the Samsung Curve 55" in late October and at the start of February (this month) I turned on the TV and there was a spider web crack on the inner screen. I called up Costco (the place I purchases it from) back and forth (I have a 5 year warranty) and they said it was physical damage, bearing in mind I would have known if I had touched an expensive TV let alone damaged it! They said the warranty covers manufacture defects, which in my opinion should be this. If a costy TV can easily break (with no one touching it) then surely the fault is with the cheap quality. After this, I called Samsung who said they would send an engineer etc but they later called and said the same thing. I am disgusted at the dishonesty of Samsung and the abysmal quality, for a TV just 4 MONTHS to malfunction like that is not acceptable!! I'm disgusted at the rude customer service, will NEVER touch a Samsung product again and will let everyone know not to aswell.

Two Samsung purchases over recent times, kicking off with a 51" 3D TV that barely lasted 2 years before failing, and being diagnosed as 'beyond economic repair' by specialists...luckily I also bought a 4 year guarantee at the time of purchase, otherwise I would've been left without a TV and minus the £1100 purchase price, this time opting for the far superior Sony as a replacement. Then there's the jolly japes I've had with the NP350V5C 15" i5 laptop I bought, not so very long ago. Like many others, I decided to upgrade from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10....and that's where the fun really started. It started losing drivers, so the USB ports no longer worked, then it lost the driver for the CD/DVD player. Their online back-up and support is laughable...read non-existent. It transpires that Samsung didn't bother to put a Windows 10 action plan in place (and still haven't bothered), leaving tens of thousands of customers in the lurch, and the only thing they've done is casually announce online NOT to install Win 10 as machines made before 10 will not upgrade. So, a totally crap TV, and a £500 laptop that won't/ will never upgrade. Glad I didn't buy their exploding mobile phone as well, as that would've been a hat-trick. In short, I will NEVER, EVER again buy anything Samsung...third rate junk from a country that can't even produce a decent car.

New Galaxy 7 advertised as "waterproof" or water resistant whatsoever is just bullish. Just bought is and it got liquid damaged. Their customer services is not well trained and are giving you wrong information - after various attempts I managed to get in touch with them they advised to go to the nearest Samsung support where nobody was able to offer any advice/assistance at all so I had to contact Samsung Support again and they arranged for an UPS courier to come and collect my parcel. The UPS driver arrived at a different date and time scheduled, and once the engineers have completed their examination I have been told that the liquid damage was considered too severe for them to proceed. So £600 spent in a phone that hasn't the advertised features and that I have to threw it in the bin. Shame on you Samsung. I am of course moving to your competitors. Apple is a different planet!!!

A dreadful experience with a faulty Galaxy S6, returned from their sub-contracted repair service operation, A-Novo of Norwich, with a heavily scratched screen the screen having previously been perfect. This came just after I left a one star review for their lack of fixing a phone under warranty, their failure to answer the phone after thirty minutes of music, or their capacity to respond to emails. Worse was Samsung's own customer service telephone 'support,' which consists of Ali G-style 'rude boys' whose interest in helping the customer is 'I is sorry, but I ain't able to help you'. My experience with this now-failed £450 still-in-warranty (although clearly of no value) phone has persuaded my family to skip Samsung high-end phones due to this experience. The so-called escalations person on their telephone Customer Service told me to call samsung,co.uk to complain. When I called Samsung UK the switchboard person told me they 'don't have customer services,' beyond the 'rude boys' I dealt with. After the exploding Note phones, I guess losing thousands of pounds of future business from loyal customers is unimportant to Samsung UK. At least I've learnt.

I have bought a Samsung 70 inch tv from curry. because of the building work going on in my house I did not open the box .but when I opened it after 2 months of buying , I found the back panel of tv was opened from one corner. complained to Samsung about this . they sent an engineer .to my surprise he try to fix it with 2 sided sticky tape which did not work. I reported this to Samsung they apologized for this and took my tv to service center for repair which I am still waiting for 1week. never buy Samsung the worst customer service .And new products from factory come faulty.

Bought a Samsung TV and noticed it had a manufacturing fault the seam where the front of the TV joined the back at the top left corner wasn't sealed properly and padding was showing. Samsung gave me a reference number to contact the service centre for them to pick it up. ... brilliant yes but my problems just started from here. Got it back faulty! phoned Samsung said to phone Service Centre which I did they wouldn't continue call as had no new service order number and to contact Samsung again so phoned Samsung back they evenually said they would look at photos which I sent by email immediately and they got back to me 4 days later to say it was physical damage which I can't see anywhere, altho plastic still on TV. I blame delivery company as i wasn't in for delivery they took it back to depot for 4 days and re-delivered. Anyway they said to phone service centre which I did and service centre said i was outside of the 48 hour complaints time. I tried to explain i had contacted both them and Samsung day of delivery and they couldn't deal with my call as no service number. Numerous calls and being put on hold later by Samsung who won't take any responsibility for this who just say there is no time limit with servic centre. I tried to explain to service centre Samsung wouldn't give me a order number til they checked the photos which takes 4 to 5 days and long past their 48 hour window how does that work? Phoned Samsung today again as they didn't phone me put on hold said they'd phone me back still waiting. Terrible customer service have spent so long speaking to people who don't give a damn will never ever buy Samsung again.

Our friends and us both bought evobubble washing machines each just over two years ago. Both have broken down a month or so after the two year warranty. Both reasons for the break downs are different! Ours won't spin and theirs had the motor go. Very poor considering the washing machines cost over £600!

Bought Samsung TV and packet of screws missing to put TV on stand. Took 3 weeks to get the screws. Had to take a day off work to take delivery of the screws as they wanted a signature and they delivered screws to the wrong address. Complained and they just not interested stating "they don't recompense customers" and offered £20 Amazon voucher. I won't be buying an Samsung product again. Be warned!

Never come across such cavalier attitude towards customers. Too busy playing on their phones to bother with customers or chatting to friends. Had to ask for help twice. Also asked if it used marshmallow or noughat was told that they ran on nougat. When I bought one the girl was busy shouting out the back she had a customer. She got the colour wrong so had to take it back later in the evening, not impressed with the service I received!

I've had a washing machine faulty for over 3 weeks. It took 2 weeks for me to convince them to send me an engineer out who believed he had fixed it only for it to fail again 3 days later. The worst part of this whole experience is a call centre somewhere at the other side of the world manned by people who speak shockingly terrible English and can't understand a word of what I say to them. I will not recommend another Samsung product to a single person after this experience.

We bought an expensive Samsung eco-bubble washing machine with the hope it would give us the 5 year warranty it was sold under. This has not turned out to be the case and the warranty is not wriggle proof and Samsung have wriggled out. This will be the last time I spend anything on Samsung products. BE WARNED AND DONT BUY SAMSUNG

After my Samsung Galaxy s7 edge nearly catching fire next to my daughters moses basket when on charge and the charger melting inside the charging port, I contacted Samsung for it to be fixed under warrenty. I had problems from day 1! I was waiting in for days as couriers being a no show as Samsung had given them tge incorrect address! Finally it got collected 4 days later. I was told it was covered under warrenty and that I would receive my phone back within 7-10 working days. 3 weeks later, after many phone calls... I had an email to say that it wasn't covered under warrenty ad they detected moisture in my charging cable and that I would be given a quote within 24-48 hours to how much it was going to cost me to fix it! For starters I know full well my phone or charger has NEVER been wet or even near water! 4 working days later (6 days in total) and again, MANY phone calls to Samsung, being passed from one dept to another I had a quote of £166 plus VAT! I have been messed around from day one, from being told it would be resolved within 7-10 days, I've now been without a phone for nearly a month and have had no phone to take photographs of my new born baby. I've had no official apology or offer of compensation off Samsung just "there's nothing we can do" as a reply to all of my complaints! I am appalled at how they have dealt with my case and I am disgusted that they haven't taken the fact that their product could of led to fatalities serious enough!!

U can't trust Samsung, even last time they e-mail with confirmation that am going to receive my refund in two to three working days bt now even that also not materialize. Pls think 100 times before buying any Samsung products. Samsung customer service n complaint department not even exist. No help from anyone.

Never buy from Samsung.com again. It has been 1 months since I ordered my products online and still have not received them. I call to ask and they tell me that its on backorder and that I should wait! After I hang up I get an email that the product is on backorder. Lack of communication, not until I called them, then they immediately send me a status email. 2 months later I still don't have my product, call to get my money back, but I can't because I used a $50 promo code that I redeemed using My points from SamsungPay. They are only allowed to return the difference that was charger on my creditcard. I was placed on hold for an hour to see if they could some how help me, called back, transferred around from department to department and I never once raise my voice or anything that would show my frustration and they placed me on hold again. Five minutes later they just hung up. NO support from them every time I call. Just transfers and then they hang up. Worst customer service. This happens every time I call for support on any of my product that I own they are very bad with customer service.
