Our friends and us both bought evobubble washing machines each just over two years ago. Both have broken down a month or so after the two year warranty. Both reasons for the break downs are different! Ours won't spin and theirs had the motor go. Very poor considering the washing machines cost over £600!

Bought Samsung TV and packet of screws missing to put TV on stand. Took 3 weeks to get the screws. Had to take a day off work to take delivery of the screws as they wanted a signature and they delivered screws to the wrong address. Complained and they just not interested stating "they don't recompense customers" and offered £20 Amazon voucher. I won't be buying an Samsung product again. Be warned!

Never come across such cavalier attitude towards customers. Too busy playing on their phones to bother with customers or chatting to friends. Had to ask for help twice. Also asked if it used marshmallow or noughat was told that they ran on nougat. When I bought one the girl was busy shouting out the back she had a customer. She got the colour wrong so had to take it back later in the evening, not impressed with the service I received!

I've had a washing machine faulty for over 3 weeks. It took 2 weeks for me to convince them to send me an engineer out who believed he had fixed it only for it to fail again 3 days later. The worst part of this whole experience is a call centre somewhere at the other side of the world manned by people who speak shockingly terrible English and can't understand a word of what I say to them. I will not recommend another Samsung product to a single person after this experience.

We bought an expensive Samsung eco-bubble washing machine with the hope it would give us the 5 year warranty it was sold under. This has not turned out to be the case and the warranty is not wriggle proof and Samsung have wriggled out. This will be the last time I spend anything on Samsung products. BE WARNED AND DONT BUY SAMSUNG

After my Samsung Galaxy s7 edge nearly catching fire next to my daughters moses basket when on charge and the charger melting inside the charging port, I contacted Samsung for it to be fixed under warrenty. I had problems from day 1! I was waiting in for days as couriers being a no show as Samsung had given them tge incorrect address! Finally it got collected 4 days later. I was told it was covered under warrenty and that I would receive my phone back within 7-10 working days. 3 weeks later, after many phone calls... I had an email to say that it wasn't covered under warrenty ad they detected moisture in my charging cable and that I would be given a quote within 24-48 hours to how much it was going to cost me to fix it! For starters I know full well my phone or charger has NEVER been wet or even near water! 4 working days later (6 days in total) and again, MANY phone calls to Samsung, being passed from one dept to another I had a quote of £166 plus VAT! I have been messed around from day one, from being told it would be resolved within 7-10 days, I've now been without a phone for nearly a month and have had no phone to take photographs of my new born baby. I've had no official apology or offer of compensation off Samsung just "there's nothing we can do" as a reply to all of my complaints! I am appalled at how they have dealt with my case and I am disgusted that they haven't taken the fact that their product could of led to fatalities serious enough!!

Regarding my Samsung galaxy note 7 refund, am chasing Samsung since October 2016 , despite more then 70 phone calls n emails still no sign of any refund or money. Samsung don't care about customers safety n care,Samsung representative laying n giving false excuses n empty promises. U can't trust Samsung, even last time they e-mail with confirmation that am going to receive my refund in two to three working days bt now even that also not materialize. Pls think 100 times before buying any Samsung products. Samsung customer service n complaint department not even exist. No help from anyone.

Never buy from Samsung.com again. It has been 1 months since I ordered my products online and still have not received them. I call to ask and they tell me that its on backorder and that I should wait! After I hang up I get an email that the product is on backorder. Lack of communication, not until I called them, then they immediately send me a status email. 2 months later I still don't have my product, call to get my money back, but I can't because I used a $50 promo code that I redeemed using My points from SamsungPay. They are only allowed to return the difference that was charger on my creditcard. I was placed on hold for an hour to see if they could some how help me, called back, transferred around from department to department and I never once raise my voice or anything that would show my frustration and they placed me on hold again. Five minutes later they just hung up. NO support from them every time I call. Just transfers and then they hang up. Worst customer service. This happens every time I call for support on any of my product that I own they are very bad with customer service.

Sent my phone off to Samsung repair centre to get the screen replaced as was cracked, cost £206 and apparantly, somehow, the creators of Samsung galaxy s7 don't keep the LCD screens in stock, so once you've paid you have to wait 1 for it to be delivered to them which can take up to a week, and then for them to fix it. How can Samsung not keep Samsung screens in stock, bloody stupid. Ridiculously expensive and a ridiculous amount of time to wait.

The worst online retailer i have used, they had some silly delivery policy so asked for it to be sent back and i get refunded. This was 2 weeks ago and apparently even though i never received they have somehow lost an item and i have not been refunded, so they have stolen my money.

I have been in talks with sumsung about getting my TV repaired as it seems to cracked on the inside in one corner. Have only had it since April and still has the plastic stickers on it. Absolutely the worst customer service and customer satisfaction experienced. The agent kept insisting that we have pysically damaged the tv ourselves. I mean if i was to do that why would i choose a corner on a new TV. Surley it would be more worth while to do this on a older TV. Anyway, samsung have really left a bitter feeling for me. I have many samsung electricals but im afraid your customer skills let you down. No valid explanation. I will be sharing this info with others as they made no attempt in resolving the issue but instead called me a liar. Well done samsung, maybe we need to work on making your customer service staff HD.

Customer DIService!! If I could have given a minus score I would have. My mobile which is under guarantee went into a loop after a samsung update. Took it to Samsung shop who couldn't fix it, said I needed to call UPS to arrange for them to collect it for repair which would take 7-10 days. When it wasn't returned in 14 days I called Samsung and was told it was still being repaired. To cut a very long story short, it us now 6 weeks since sending it to Samsung and they have finally admitted that my mobile was never received from UPS and is lost. They had the cheek to ask me to chase UPS even though they organised the collection and UPS will only deal with Samsung direct. I have called Samsung 12 times, wasted hours being pushed from person to person, none of whom have a clue about how to resolve the issue and they never call me back when they say they are going to. I am left with no phone and am still having to pay the contract fee - an absolute disgrace. I will never ever use a Samsung product again and would strongly advise others to do the same.

After taking weeks to replace a microwave that started melting I was eventually offered a replacement product. I was given 3 model numbers and was asked which I required. I chose 1 without being able to see the product. 10 days later the new microwave arrived and is totally unsuitable for me as it has a very unresponsive touch screen and I suffer with my hands and cannot use a touchscreen I require push buttons. I immediately contacted samsung customer services and explained the problem and requested a change of model but was told in no uncertain terms that they will not exchange it for me. I am now left with a product I cannot use

Terrible customer service! I called two weeks ago to report a problem with my Smart TV not connecting to the WiFi. After about a 30 minutes conversation with no resolution, the CSR confirmed my phone number and told me he would call me back once he did some more research to my issue. Of course he never called back... I called again tonight and talked to a very incompetent CSR. His only idea was to factory reset my TV which made the problem worse and caused another problem. He then told me to call my ISP because he couldn't help anymore. Problem is that the problem he caused by resetting the TV will not allow for any support from my ISP as the network settings and network support menus time out and 'close out' before I can do anything. CSR rep just told me he would send out a Samsung service tech and of course I would be charged for it. Terrible company with terrible support. Will never buy another Samsung product due to their lack of care and help with issues.

As usual extremely poor customer service from Samsung, once they've had your money they don't care! The support team have very poor product knowledge, the Technical team don't even have basic Technical skills. The fix for the Samsung cloud service was meant to be on 21st of December, still waiting! They've now changed the goal post and are saying "just keep waiting"!!

If anyone is thinking of getting the Samsung edge phones based on the fact they are water proof/resistant don't get them they are not! and they won't replace it under warranty even though the advert clearly shows them in a sink of water and still usable false advertising or what!!! Oh and their engineers break your phone further then lie about it to cover their own backs disgraceful!!!!

Had Samsung tvs for many years, intact we have 4 Samsung tvs in our house. I got a new one for my sons ps4 which shows blue flashing lines every time you switch the tv on when using ps4. Samsung helpline are useless and don't listen. I've plugged two ps4 consoles into it with blue lines a pic with blue lines. I tried to other Samsung tvs in the home with not a problem. I've sent pics to Samsung and now a month on they want video footage. They said its my console even tho I've told them what ever I plug into it, it causes blue flashing lines, with same cables and devices in any other tv and no problems. Never again will I buy from samsung, I will be taking legal action

That's the forth and last time I buy a Samsung product. You shouldn't sell products you can't install, when clearly it says you do. I tried 5 times to buy a Samsung hwj8590. I wish I'd bought a Panasonic tv. Now that are a proper product. Stick with Apple they don't catch fire and they do as they say
