If there were zero star I would have give them zero I was sold already activated device with used warranty and when I asked for warranty service they told me give us receipts and your bank account information is not enough and that We're not going to repair your phone that you have to pay.

Spoke to Samsung CS done a reset over the phone still no joy .she said they will get the service centre to call me and book an engineer and fix my W/M.Did not receive a call so i phoned up again spoke with another person explained the whole thing again they said it was booked for the 10/1/18 .she give me the details for the engineer company so i called them .they told me that i was NOT booked in for that date .Good job i checked so i didn't lose a days pay it was for the 21 /1/18 17 days later without a washing machine with 5 people in my house hold .the original appointment was cancelled NOT BY ME. SORT IT OUT SAMSUNG😔😔

No returns after 14 days, even if item was bought as christmas gift. Horrible rule. And lazy to not create an extended holiday return policy. Would not suggest buying from samsung directly to anyone.

Do NOT buy Samsung. I purchased a refrigerator fourteen months ago and it quit working on January 1, 2019. My husband called the support center (Samsung employees-I asked because if they are just contracted with Samsung they probably would care less if the appliance gets fixed) and needed to get a service call. Remember this is a refrigerator and the best the contacted company for Samsung will be there is January 7, 2019 just to diagnose, then the order would have to be ordered and another appointment set to fix. Again remember this is a refrigerator!! Called again this morning and the Samsung support center said there was nothing they could do, it was in the hands of the contracted repair person. She explained that Samsung listens to all the calls and she appreciated my honesty and concern for being treated this way. I will not buy EVER any product that displays the Samsung name.

Samsung totally ruined our 2018 Christmas. Cell phone was ordered 12/19/18, paid out of pocket for expedited shipping, didn't have color in stock to ship for Christmas, would NOT allow a color change (even though they had the others in stock), would not allow the order to be cancelled so we could purchase elsewhere. On 12/31, today, phone finally delivers (10 days later). They refuse to exchange color OR honor the price we paid so we could "reorder" a new one /new color. They were rude, hung up on me after leaving my polite self on hold for 10 min waiting for a supervisor... I called back. Held AGAIN for a supervisor who can't on and spoke snarkily to me. I understand they don't care a stitch about my repeat business. Well be returning the unopened phone. BUY FROM BEST BUY! They have awesome customer service! Avoid Samsung company at all cost!! No exceptions. Just check their online reviews (1.2/5.0stars). I wish we had! No phone. No Christmas present. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER(although no longer a customer). Bad bad bad bad bad. They should be ashamed to conduct customer service in that manner. I'm ashamed for them!

We had a Samsung microwave they told us they would pay for it because it exploded and burnt our countertops to pieces. We have a record a conversation saying to go ahead and get an estimate and then send the estimate in and they would pay for it. Then a month later they're telling us that it was our fault that there microwave exploded messing up our countertops they said physical damage to be exact and now they're wanting us to pay for the visit where someone came to check it out and they're wanting us to pay for our countertops. After they already told us that they would and then it was the microwaves fault. I will never buy another Samsung product again this company is a complete sham and it does not want to take responsibility now we have to take our claim to small claims court and sue them. Don't trust Samsung

I would like to post a review about how the dryer works but it was delivered to me damaged and broken and I paid to have it installed which is one of the options when you purchase product. This review will be about Samsung service when you buy new product from website. I purchased the dryer and was delivered 12-21-2018 and I have called several times and I keep getting the run around all they do is transfer me and pit me on hold for 2 minutes, then I get transferred again to another department. While on the phone with Samsung customer service I am writing this review the best part I am even telling them I'm writing this review. Then they tell me" they need to have a service technician come to my house to fix the dryer and if it's damaged then the service technician will contact us" . This is by far the worst customer service ever. I used to love Samsung product I have a Samsung phone, tablet, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove, TV, watch and washer and dryer. After my experience with Samsung customer service I will never purchase another item from samsung. STAY A WAY FROM SAMSUNG.

My unfortunate experience started with Best Buy where I purchased a 51" Q8 LED television for appx $2200. Pixels in the screen went bad in under 3 months. I contacted Best Buy (Parker CO) and was told to go pound sand. They were done with me the moment my payment cleared. I contacted Samsung and after about 2 hours on the phone doing everything but dancing naked in front of the television to see if we could magically get those pixels to heal themselves, they finally agreed I needed a technician (both they and I know I am entitled under the warranty to have it replaced . and now we both know they're not going to do that). anyway, the 'service' tech called yesterday - is willing to schedule an onsite visit in a couple of months to 'look at the problem'. However, i have to commit to being available all day as even months in advance they will not confirm a time. Bottom line - samsung has notified me that if i try to enforce the terms of the warranty - they are going to make it as difficult, problematic, inconvenient and as painful as possible. They won - i'm keeping a defective, unrepairable >$2,000 television that neither Samsung or Best Buy will honor the warranty on. My advice - don't purchase your expensive items from best buy and where ever you purchase - don't purchase a samsung ---- if you get that 1 in xxx that's defective - you'd better be happy with defective because you're stuck with it. Seriously --- >$2,000 less than 3 months till failure and neither best buy nor samsung willing to help correct the problem. Buy samsung if you want - but know that as soon as your payment clears ----- you're on your own

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Our new refrigerator makes terrible noise, it sounds like our kitchen is full of crickets and is a driving us crazy. Samsung sent a tech out who took a few minutes to tell us everything is normal and no repairs are necessary. We called and requested another tech but were told we would be charged for the service call if the next guy deemed the noise as normal. I wish I could attach video I took just to let everyone hear how terribly noisy this thing operates.

I had one good experience, and one awful one. I tried to contact Samsung customer service via their so-called 24 chat service. The computer kept routing me in an endless loop, and wouldn't let me chat with a live agent. Eventually, I was given the service number to call - which I did. Once again, on an endless and useless loop. I eventually gave it up. Companies that use these voice recognition computer systems don't seem to realize they have a product that is in its infancy. Maybe in 10 years these systems will actually be able to understand and respond to customer questions and comments. As it now stands, they have the comprehension of a 2 year old.

Its christmas time. I have a husband that was hit by a bus ( seriously) 5 years ago and will forever be in pain, I have fm and chronic fatigue, ive 3 special needs kids, and I purchased a $1000 dollar samsung washing machine at the end of april. This was our very first new dishwasher in the 25 yrs we have been married. After 1 week. It quit working. After 3 weeks of no help from samsung, the store we bought it form nicely replaced it. That one worked a moth,. and quit. Tooks us another month to get the technician in, because apparently they only have 1 in my town and Samsung sent the request to the wrong area. It worked for 2 month, and quit in August. We have been through a comedy of issues with samsung since then: They sent the first 2 repair requests to the wrong technicians, again. Then, they " escalated the problem:, with absolutely no results or contact. Then they sent the wrong error code to the actual repair man, who screamed at us over the phone because of it. Had to order a new part. Itr is now December, and still no sign of this supposed repair man. The last call I made to samsung, the response was " well, we need to get a report from the technician before we can do anything". The technician that never comes..its an easy ploy to make sure the warranty we purchased on the dishwasher runs out before they have to repair it. Be very, very careful when buying from samsung. Seems they are more into scamming people then providing quality products

If I could give a "no star" I would. For Samsung being such a big company, its disappointing how bad their customer service is. Samsung shipped me the wrong product, then said, it's too bad that you just past the 2 week time frame for you to return the item. I advise them that all I need is the item that I ordered and paid for, and they stated that was the company policy. Then hung up on me. This is a shame, because Samsung makes good products, but have horrible customer service. They should really try to do something to revamp this horrible image that is out there.

I ordered a Samsung odyssey + headset November 25th. I was told the headset would ship 12/16/2018 and arrive before 12/24/18. I called multiple times to ensure it would still arrive before Christmas for i am leaving town Christmas Eve and the gift is for my nephew. On 12/19/2018 I was assured it would be before Christmas and the tracking number might just be delayed. I get a tracking number today and it says it will be delivered 12/26. After Christmas. I called customer service. They said it was not their fault I selected standard shipping and I should have expected delays around Christmas. Infact I did expect delays and made multiple calls to ensure it was on schedule. I would have gladly paid extra to ensure deIivery. They actually told me to call FedEx and complain to them, like it was their fault I didn't get shipped until 12/21/18. Extremely unprofessional. Because of the false promises I was upset, and asked if I could receive $10 promotional credit to spend back at Samsung. I was told it was not Samsung's fault and I should call FedEx again. How is it not Samsungs fault for promising me a delivery time and not following through? After multiple attempts to talk to a higher up she said there is nothing they will do. I was just asking for a little compensation for how upset this made me and was wanting to spend more money at Samsung. They told me they will not offer any compensation. After further attempts I was told to send and email and hope to receive a reply back from someone higher up. After expression that was horrible customer service, she "opened up a request" After this experience I may never make a purchase from Samsung again! I referred someone to buy a $450 monitor from the website just last week. That will most likely be the last time I recommend someone to Samsung products/website. I hope to receive some sort of reply, to acknowledge you care about your customers! I have been loyal since my Galaxy s3. Thank you for your time.

Re 4 appliance SAMSUNG DELIVERY ISSUE Ordered from HOME DEPOT 4 Samsung appliance pkg Ordered 11/25/18 to be delivered 12/21/18. On 12/20/18, I don’t even get the delay notice from Home Depot. It’s a ā€œrecordedā€ call from Samsung with no new delivery date and no one to talk to. After speaking to both Home Depot and Samsung the new date being offered to me is 1/23. That’s 1 month after the confirmed chosen date of 12/21(we were offered anything after 12/9) date and 2 months after the order date. My complaint to Samsung is about providing accurate dates. It is beyond me why Home Depot or any other retailer. would put their reputation at risk by selling products of a supplier who could not provide more accurate dates. Even though complaints will be posted against both parties, the one for Home Depot will have the more negative impact on their sales because its the Point of Sale and their employees are the ones giving the customer dates. Being right before the Christmas Holiday and at the last step of the remodel project, this is really upsetting. Home Depot doesn’t install over the range microwaves and my contractor will be long gone by 1/23. And of course not having major appliances for the holidays is more than inconvenient. Even If I shopped elsewhere now it would be to late for delivery. Home Depot should insist all their suppliers offer reliable delivery dates or get rid of the ones like Samsung that don’t give more accurate dates. If not then both of them should make it clear to a customer that the date they are choosing is not guaranteed and might not even be close. Sent from my iPad

I ordered a TV on cyber Monday, great price and part of the incentive was 2-day shipping. After I placed the order, I received an email confirmation that stated it was on back order. That was news to me as it did not state it was out of stock when I placed the order. A few days later I followed up with a call and was told it should ship the following week. That never happened. So a few more days after that I followed up with several calls all stating very general information that they are backed up and it should ship soon, and the issue has been escalated and I should receive an email. None of that happened. It's been over 5 weeks and still no one can tell me when it's supposed to ship. They all have robotic responses. No flexibility whatsoever, including exchanging for a comparable item that is in stock. I thought it would be more beneficial ordering the product directly from the manufacturer, nope. NEVER again will I order from them.

We purchased a washing a month ago. It broke. We set up a service appoint, my husband took off a day from work to have the repair service not show up. He called customer service to be told that we were supposed to contact the subcontractor to confirm which is not on your website. Now a new appointment has to be set up. I will never buy another Samsung appliance, HORRIBLE experience.

Technician failed to understand the problem I was describing to her. The 65 inch Samsung curved smart tv that was purchased keeps flipping to a black screen with the CBSN app appearing in the upper left corner. Sometimes with audibility and sometimes with nothing. This happens when we are watching Netflix, regular cable tv, or playing video games with cable box off. The TV resorts back to the CBSN app automatically and for no apparent reason. The problem exists within the tv NOT the cable system. I paid thousands of dollars on a product of yours and you can’t be ever so kind enough to honor that and fix you not-so-smart tv.

awful, awful, awful. Never buy from Samsung.com. I bought a Note 8 phone unlocked with a verizon sim card. They shipped the phone on time, but then verizon said the sim card and the phone they sent were not compatible. Eight (8!) hours of my time w/ tech support, having to drive to a verizon store, etc. and it still was not resolved. No one had ever heard of this happening. So i said, i'll buy a new phone from you and return the problem phone. I bought a new one, and same thing happened. So i've wasted a huge amount of time, have been without a phone for weeks. And they never offer recompense. When i asked, they said they'll give me $25 off of some other samsung product. Never buy from them. Incompetent.
