I sent my galaxy S8+ back to warranty as the screen didn't work any longer. I got a reply saying that the phone has moisture in it due to rain or because the phone was kept in damp place or because of condensation, therefore my warranty won't cover it. Is the worst experience to see that such a phone where Samsung claim to be water proof gets so easy damaged without even touching the water. On top of this they won't repair it. PATHETIC. I've been their customer in the past 6 years buying all galaxy version. Now this is the last one.

Called in yesterday 3rd April to the shop in Chapplefield, Norwich with my 8 month old Samsung J3 the android had stopped working. I was met by Matt who was very helpful. He sorted the problem and got it up and running perfectly. The customer service by Matt was excellent so well done Norwich and thank you.

They are hopeless! Eventually I asked for a supervisor who helped me remotely but the person I spoke to was rude and curt and you could hardly hear what was being said because the volume was so slow . Very very disappointing. Panasonic are so much better and Apple superlative. I have a Samsung Frame TV. It is such a pity the support people are not knowledgeable. A great disappointment. The TV itself is excellent. Can’t fault it but support: I’d struggle to give it a one.

Vacuum broke after just a year. Just as it went out of warranty. Sansung made the repair/assistance/advice very difficult if not impossible. They asked me to send receipt of purchase. Sent it 3 times, but there was always something wrong. Got tired of all of the excuses they used to avoid giving ANY customer's service! Their vaccum cleaners suck! Don't buy!

Visited the samsung shop at the trafford centre. Polite staff but poor experience. Considering i think of samsung as premium products they are lacking in customer service. All i want is a new battery for an old flagship tablet but they expect you to leave it for a few days. I cant make the long journey twice and happy to pay a deposit for getting the part in but they wont do that. Apple would get it done in a day.

Dear Samsung, I will never buy another piece of Samsung again!!!!!!! Your customer service sucks. I have dealt with numerous people about one tablet, 1-800-726-7864 (x5), 310-669-4221 (x1 plus 1 voicemail) 310-669-4334 (x2). Over 50 minutes trying to talk to your customer service!!!!! 5 minutes and 26 seconds just to find out if you shipped it back. You have wasted my time and patience. Never fixed it!!! Sent back because I didn’t respond to your phone call quick enough. Sorry I have a life, work, kids, responsibilities besides you. I responded in 1 hour and 45 minutes!!!!!! You guys couldn’t answer a simple question “How much does the extended warranty cost? On the work you are guaranteeing?” To hard for you? But you will sell it to me. I will never ever ever ever buy Samsung again for this specific reason and this reason alone. I don’t want to ever deal with your customer service again. Apple has won me over for life. At least their people speak proper English, I can understand them, they fix any problems, answer any questions, and never transfer me. I will be sure to steer any person away from Samsung and tell them my experience. Horrible, horrible, horrible. This email took me less time to write than one phone call!!!!! I will be buying an iPad this weekend and start looking at new phones.

This is last time that I will purchase any product from Samsung. I placed order for Samsung S8 smartphone in February ( month ago) and received message that is on backorder and will be shipped on March 18. Never heard from them since. My phone is still on backorder.... I'm very not happy that I have to wait so long and when I call customer service no one knows when I will receive my order.

I placed an order on Thursday for a next day delivery but the handset arrived 5 days later and it was incorrect item because I was sent someone else's order. I called them immediately and I was promised I will receive my handset on the same day but needless to say I received a VAT invoice to say my order has been delivered. After speaking to their call centre many times nothing was resolved. My order is still undelivered and no communication is coming from Samsung. Their call centre is useless. Very polite but nothing is being resolved and they take forever when they put you on hold so I end up hanging up every single time. Who would want to keep waiting on a dead line not knowing they will come back on the phone or not. AVOID ordering online if you don't want to be disappointed. I am so angry right now I want my money back!!!!

Surprised how low the average rating is. We've bought 2 TV's in the last year, good picture, Smart TVs. Need an occasional reset, but on the whole good TV's at a fair price. Also bought washing machine, also performing well with adequate programming. No problems with Samsung at all

Bought galaxy fame phone November 17th 2017 from shop in Dundee did not work properly sent to samsung repair centre got back today told was out of warranty phoned support centre 43 minutes on phone told was not a eu phone and was not covered by British warranty even though bought in uk just lost £55 never again will be samsung

Very poor customer support used online support on three occasions - need to repeat the same information number of time and explain over and over again simple query; after 5-10 min they say sorry we cannot help call the customer service team ( another 5-10 minutes waiting time!) !! such a waste of time

I have always bought Apple but wanted a change and bought Samsung S9 from EE. 4 months on the phone froze after an update, couldn’t turn it off or use any function . Would appear to be common fault and the battery now heats upon charging. Took a day of work and visited the Oxford St service centre. After 2 hr wait got served to be told maybe they could fix it that day maybe not, as I couldn’t wait decided to visit on another day . Today took another day of work , went through the same process only to be told it may take 2 or 3 days to fix as there was a huge backup on phones waiting to be repaired. For me to take another day of work and visit again will cost me £300 in total loss of wages for the three days.

Had a 3 week old Samsung watch as a present which is an utter waste of time and money and got a locked screen. Called the Leeds office who answered first ring and very efficient lady arranged that I would take it to 125 Oxford street. Staff and manager there could not have been more helpful and efficient and the watch should be fixed today and passed on to someone who might use it. Saw the sparkling Samsung Note8 which looks brilliant and I will buy when my current contract expires. Overall good products and the best phones on the market. Sadly a smart watch is less useful than a basic analogue watch and phone unless you are a training fanatic. We can all live a sensible healthy lifestyle without needing a watch that needs charging up every day.

Had five year warranty with a 9kg ecobubble washing machine samsung said that we had not registered it so get stuffed basically won't be purchasing any samsung product ever again neither will my family and friends washing machine cost us 569 quid not to mention the 10 grand plus of previous purchases on hard drives monitors and the like will likely write to trading standards to complain but you can bet they will have a get out clause somewhere!!! Buyers be warned!!!

I sent my Samsung galaxy s8 plus for repair as I had warranty but as they knew how many days I had left they held my phone for 3 week then turn around and tell me my warranty expired. My phone is in worse condtion then I gave them. Please avoid Samsung and I will have to upload this all over YouTube as mine was a common faulty of battery overheating. My experience is been terrible please everybody stay away from Samsung buy Apple instead

i had only just bought this tv and 3 weeks into having it there seemed to be a white and black line through the tv. phoned samsung but they tried to tell me it was an impact and wouldnt send no one out to look at it.I havent touched the tv at all so clearly a fault with the tv. AWFUL customer service. Have logged a complaint as they wasnt helpful at all. kept getting messed around by different representatives. Have spent so much money on this tv and im very unhappy and dissapointed.will not be buying from samsung again. I looked on line and there were quite a few people with the same issue with this tv. DONT buy from samsung.
