Unsatisfied that the fact the parcel was picked up and straight after went missing. UPS are one of the worst services I have ever used. first time experience, well, I have to say it has been appalling. Collected, lost, refund on the service does not cover what I have lost in the package!!!!!!! customer service 45 mins to get through to and then someone, I think in India cannot find the package, your claims form is that difficult and will not link me to the tracking number. Cheap service, cheap customer service, no one at UPS really gives a damn.

ad the worst imaginable experience with one of the drivers from the Norwood, MA distribution center. I work long hours and am rarely home and had a package being delivered which required a signature, my girlfriend who lives with me and is a rent paying tenant at the same address was home and was expecting the package to arrive for me and was waiting for the driver. Our bell is broken but she noticed the driver outside and met him at the door, the package was in my name but she had the tracking number, knew my name and came out of the house that the package was addressed to and the driver refused to give her the package because the name on her ID did not match my name. She got me on the phone, as I was at work. I tried to speak to him to explain that she was my girlfriend, that I authorized the package be released to her and that if needed she could go get mail from our apartment with my name as proof. He still refused. He was rude, condescending, aggressive and belligerent with both me and my girlfriend and kept stating that it was against UPS policy to release the package to anyone other than the person who’s name is on the package and that I could go get the package at the distribution center in Norwood if I wanted it. Absolutely enraged and baffled at the complete lack of candor and professionalism, and respect of any kind from this man, my girlfriend stood in front of the truck because at this point this guy was holding my package hostage and essentially stealing my property. He called the police, who came and verified my info with using my social security number over the phone and STILL this miserable, rude, little man on a power trip over a package would not turn it over. He claims he spoke to a supervisor who instructed him not to turn over the package. I want to believe he was lying because if this really is UPS policy and how UPS wants to treat their customers, and he got verbal instruction from a superior to still hold my package hostage I will be mortified. The police stated they could not force him to turn over the package and the driver was allowed to leave, I did not get my package and my girlfriend was literally traumatized by the way this guy acted towards her. It takes a real little man and a real low type of person to intimidate and harass a woman because they’re so miserable with their life they have to make someone’s day miserable too. This guy has no business doing this job and I really hope another person doesn’t have to endure the same type of treatment by a UPS driver like this guy. This event occurred on 6/23/21, and the number on the front of the vehicle was 674429. Both my girlfriend and I really don’t ever want to do business of any kind with UPS after this and if at all possible in the future, I will choose any other option than UPS available for shipping and will advise my friends and family do the same.

UPS MICKY MOUSE COMPANY RUN LIKE A MAFIA ORGANIZATION HOLDING PEOPLE PARCELS TO RANSOM CHARGING THEM EXORBITANT LOCAL DUTY TAX HANDLING & STORAGE FEES AND DELAYING THE PROCESS DUE TO BREXIT I am shocked and horrified and disgusted how unprofessional UPS have behaved. Their customer services is useless beyond stupidity. No one seems to know what is going on with parcels that are sent from the United Kingdom to Greece Europe and the exorbitant duty local taxes and handling fees and what people need to pay. They have failed to notify their customers and make them aware of the New Processes of Brexit and the European Union local duty tax and handling storage fees etc.. I am not a business and simply sending personal items to my parent as gifts as I have been doing for the last 20 years. The parcel was sent from the United Kingdom to Greece on the 25th of May 2021 through UPS. The items are gifts and have no commercial value nor will they be re-sold to the Greek market. They are for personal use. I have clearly Highlighted it in the Notes NO COMMERICAL VALUE. I sign a declaration with insurance of £200 for loss and damages. The parcel arrived in Greece on the 1st or the 2nd of June. On the 2nd of June my parents received a call from Brokerage team UPS of Greece Inc. They asked my parent if they had a broker to received parcel. My parent are in their mid-80s and they replied they do have a broker and that the items are personal gift items. The Broker replied she would get back to them and see what she could do. She never called back so I had to escalate the issue from the United Kingdom. They have been delaying the process in Greece. Since then I have been sent from pillar to post from one department to the other. On the 9th of June 2021 I received an email from the Brokerage team in Greece and they were demanding Customs duty Tax and handling and storage fees of 191.56 euros. That is approximately 86% percent of the value of the items. I disputed the amount of 191.56 euros with the UK Export ERN Administrator UPS GBS on the 9th of June. They advised me to issue an invoice for a small amount of 15 to 22 euros. But I did not understand why I had to issue an invoice for items that I am sending to my parents. They sent me a template to make up an invoice and detailing the item total 21.85 euros. This was submitted on Monday the 14th of June 2021. Today I received an email from UK Export ERN Administrator UPS GBS telling me that the Greek Customs have declined my invoice and that they are classing it as fraudulent. So now they are calling me a fraudster for doing what they ask me put on the invoice. UPS now are claiming that local custom duties are out of their control. It seems they have an answer to everything but not admitting liability or negligence and wrong doing. I have been sent from pillar to post from one department to the other. Most of the calls get transferred to India or Eastern Europe with operator that have poor English. On the 17th of June they transferred the call to a department that admitted that they are not sure why they are receiving these calls. The person I spoke to was fed up with the calls they cannot do nothing with to assist people. This is a complete shambles. I contacted UPS Greece brokerage today and the charges have gone up to 206.57 euros which equates to 100% duty cost on the personal gift items. Please note I put a value of £200 for the insurance purposes with no commercial value not for resale. The lady in Greece also said that the United Kingdom is now treated like a 3rd World Country. I was taken back by her comments. We are the 6th largest economy and now the European Union is treading the United Kingdom as a 3rd World Country due to Brexit shocking. Each day that goes by the daily charge is increasing. I asked them how much it would cost to return the parcel to the UK as I originally paid £28.39 Now they tell me it would cost over 200 euros to return the parcel. As I mentioned before UPS are holding people to ransom forcing people to either abandon their parcels or pay the exorbitant charges. Now they are accusing me of Tax avoidance this is now getting serious. So now I am a fraudster and a Tax dodger. I finally accepted to pay the exorbitant charges and I called UPS Greece Brokerage Department to pay the charges and the lady who I spoke to is avoiding my calls deliberately delaying the process again. There excuse is that they need to go through local customs clearance. Its 20 days now. I called her twice and was promised a call back by her colleague She never returned my calls. This whole experience has left me with a bitter after taste and disgusted filled with anxiety and anger and frustration. I have spent over 20 hours on calls and emails numerous days and still no outcome. Its been over 20 days now and no outcome. Called the UPs Uk number and they are now no picking up their calls. I urge people to stop using UPS and this company they have demonstrated complete arrogance and incompetence they simply do not care. Looking at the reviews it show you a clear indication they are falling apart as a company. I made the biggest mistake not checking out the reviews before I bought their services. My Advice to people please check before you send out stuff to the European Union

Just walking in the door and the happy smile and welcome. This store 3468 on Ogletown Stanton Rd still has good customer service. I believe most businesses have pit customer service on the back burner…please bring it back. It needed. Thanks to the gentleman that greeted me. You made my day.

Have used UPS twice in a month. Shipping both items was stressful and time consuming. The first occasion had customer services instructing me to drive an 80 mile round trip to the depot but upon arrival learned that it closed four years ago. The latest experience involved seventeen phone calls to customer services to resolve a glitch on the website resulting in missing documents. This is review is the tip of the iceberg and does not go in to detail about the incompetence and rudeness of the agents I have spoken to over the last two days.

Stressful nightmare dealung with lying thieves. Atill waiting for information what is goung on they keep saying need commercial invoices i have sent them many many times to every department I fear my shipment has been STOLEN FROM LONDON HUB and they are making excuses SCAMMING SCUMBAGS

Promised a refund after 4 customer service people hung up; another told me I had to claim my refund of duty from the Irish govt even though I live in England. The other two refused to give me UPS EORI number so I could claim my refund of duty on a parcel that was returned to Ireland. Nobody cares there about customer service at all. You can't trust what their representatives tell you

Honestly the most consistently poor service ever received. I have had lost parcels, parcels sent back to me in error , website crashing -no labels , denied customer service phone calls despite call log proof. Finally gave up and would give minus stars if it was possible.

UPS notified me that my Father’s Day gift would be delivered before 5 PM. At 5 PM the delivery time was updated to before 7 PM. At 8 PM, after I had been home since 3:00 the update was that they had attempted delivery but were unable to. WRONG! I had been home the whole time. It was a Friday night and the driver lied so he could go home. The next morning at 7:00 I called UPS and was told my package was already loaded and would be delivered by 5PM. At 11:00 I received an email that my package was available for pickup at a place a moderate distance away. UPS used to be reliable. Lately deliveries are days late. And in my case drivers lie to get off shift. Find another carrier. These guys are deteriorating rapidly and no one seems to care. Rob Burnstein 702-324-5050

To avoid. Fortunately, I have few packages from UPS because when I do, it's a hassle. The delivery man does not come and if he does by a miracle, he is unable (unwilling?) to push the doorbell button. UPS customer service is useless because after a complaint and request for a new delivery 4 times, nothing happens. The delivery supervisor has the nerve to question my word and defends his delivery man by saying he came (even though all passages are recorded on an app and the UPS call is magically missing). So after 1 week, the package that should have been delivered is still not delivered with promises (lies) that it will be delivered the next business day. So I am now going to pick it up myself at the UPS point because obviously UPS is not able (or too lazy) to make a first delivery as it should have been. No respect for the customer. Avoid using UPS like avoiding the plague if you can

UPS is a horrible shipping company; extremely poorly managed; awful logistics, tracking useless, customer services rarely knows where package is in transit, super difficult to get ahold of customer services, consists packages being lost or damaged. No wonder Amazon had given up on them and has decided to create fleet of their own!

I jus find out my parcel 30 kg from Poland been lost Its heart bearing I post 21 of May and report as lost 31.05.2021 No one contacted me so far So i called and they told. Me case is close and report I lost 30 kg really? Obviously something is not right here Who is responsible for this Its arrived to Uk and gone?? I can't stop crying 1z8x471w6807326686

The absolute worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with send a small parcel to France on next day delivery they held it for a month with no explanation then requested a new contents list even though they had it originally, said they would deliver still held it a few more days then sent it back to me and charged me again for the pleasure had it not contained a irreplaceable photo I would of told them to shove it, send complaint in asking why it wasn’t delivered to destination, didn’t read complaint just said it was delivered back to you today eh great just not what I asked. Ruby Wedding present now needs resending with a reliable company. Avoid them like the plague. Useless 😡

Stay clear of this company. I incured tax and duty on a small item, that was paid when the item was delivered. I recieved 2 invoices for the tax and duty in the following months after this. I emailed them and recieved no coherent response and have called multiple times only to be kept on hold and had the call dropped. I recieved a letter today from a debt collection agency, threatening that I have 14 days to pay from the date of the letter, the 14 days are up tomorrow.. or it affects my credit rating. I have had to pay a bill that I have already paid. I actually feel violated and threatened by this company. I will refuse to buy another product online that uses UPS.

I've been talking to customer support every day since the 1st of June to rectify a delivery address on a parcel that's been stuck in the local depot. The service representative always assures me that the new address and access phone number have been saved, yet the following day, I'm always notified via email of either an incomplete address or a lack of a security access code. I've spoken to over a dozen service representatives to ensure that the driver had the correct information. Do not use UPS.
