The absolute worst customer service experience ever encountered. Reps will say anything you want to hear but no action is taken. 4 months after order started / still no delivery. But it’s paid !

I have been dealing with Samsung Customer Service about the same issue for the past 5 month, and it still is not resolved yet! I have NEVER had such bad customer service in MY LIFE!!!! You would think that a company like Samsung, as big as it is, would make sure their customers were taken care of! The amount of times I was told my customer service reps that my product was on the way only to call back and hear that they haven't sent it out yet is ABSOLUTELY UNEXPLAINABLE!!! I would say you should think twice before buying a Samsung device or accessory.

customer service was unresponsive and unable to answer very simple questions about an issue with a year old samsung washing machine that had stopped running - took over 3 days just to be informed that they would not be the ones to honor the extened warranty that was purchased at the time of purchasing the washer and dryer - poor response time and poor information provided once the response was given - highly unhelpful and would most likely NOT purchase another samsung product due to very poor customer service.

Received Gear watch for Christmas 2018. Watch wasn't working as of May 2019. Contacted Samsung. They told me that I needed a serial number for the watch.They told me that the serial number would have been on a piece of paper on the backside of the watch! Needless to say after wearing the watch for six months, There was no longer any piece of paper on the backside of the watch. Samsung did not stand behind the watch because I could not find the piece of paper that had the serial number. I did have an invoice from Amazon showing that the watch was purchased on December 2018. Unfortunately, for some reason that invoice did not have the serial number. They will not honor the warranty! UNBELIEVABLE!

Don't buy Samsung s10. It's a trash phone. I am having an issue with signals, camera is blury and looks like a fake camera. The camera quality is very bad. Also the battety timing is not good too. I send my device to samsung, and they send it back to me by saying we didn't find any issues. But I am having these issues, means your customer is lying?

We recently bought a 55" 4k tv and within a week we were having issues. It wouldn't turn on, when it did it took forever, the screen blinks. It's brand new out of the box. I scheduled an appointment for repair and sent in proof of purchase as requested. The day before the appointment I got an email from them stating the receipt was not an acceptable form of proof even though it was listed on the terms as one. They told me that I needed a letter from the Corporate Office of the store where we purchased the tv, on their letter head stating how we paid, when it was purchased and an itemized breakdown of the cost. WTF? Talk about trying to avoid covering your products. We have had the tv for 3 weeks, 3 weeks out of the box and they refuse to warranty the tv. What a joke. I will NEVER buy Samsung again. Thank god we bought LG for the other tv we needed. Don't buy Samsung unless you're ok getting stuck with a paperweight.

Samsung is a horrible company!!!! I purchased Galaxy S8 along with the AKG Y50BT Headphones. Within 6 months, the headphones had broken, The company customer service department is extremely hostile to customers. It shifted the responsibility to the customer by asking us to deal with the Headphone company. By then, the product has passed its warranty due to the company is prolonged handling of the issue. What is worse is they hold my headphone and won't even return the phone back to us. This is stealing! How can a brand name company like Samsung act so low!!!!

Samsung dishwasher was the worst. Broke 2 times in 2 years. Want $170 plus parts to walk in the door to fix it. Dishwasher smells when you open the door. Customer service is horrible.

I have Samsung tablets, which I love! So I bought Samsung Smart Care VRT Plus Top Loader about a year ago. I hate to say so, but this machine is poorly designed and should not be on the market. I have clothes ruined by residual lint. Laundry on High Spin that has too much water in it. Have to readjust loads because machine is to gentle too balance loads itself. Sheets that come out with dry spots. Long washing cycles that don't get the loads clean. Have to use the self clean often which uses more hot water. So I'm doing more handwashing, more electricity, soap, time. I want my money back!

I have had the Samsung french door refrigerator for a year and it worked great! Then came the issues. The snack drawer doesn't cool properly and the lights all went out on it. On top of that the ice maker freezes over and stops producing ice. The water that is supposed to turn into ice cubs leaks out and all over the ice maker freezing over and in the back of the fridge causing huge frustrations. So much water has leaked that it blocked the cooling fan that keeps the whole fridge cool. We have to deice it every week to keep our fridge working. Long story short DON'T BUY this fridge if you like ice because it will stop working. I have been told its an engineering defect, but Samsung won't do anything to help you. There is even a lawsuit pending because so many people have the same issue. All I have to say is shame on Samsung!! I hope the word gets out about their faulty engineering.

I am Samsung products user for more that 20 years, I like the products, but unfortunately, Samsung customer service is so bad and all we have too many bad experiences with them.

I have a samsung too load washing machine and it is the lowest quality appliance I have ever owned in my life. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING SAMSUNG. This company is only interested in your money and doesn’t care about the quality of its product. Customer support is horrible. Please don’t buy their junk or you’ll find yourself in the same situation as me, buying a new washing machine car before you should have to. Please heed my advice, run, run far away and don’t ever look back

I sent my galaxy s9 to fix on the warranty the problem was my S pen stuck in my phone everything was going well until the got my phone and they say it has a liquid on my phone I never have any liquid the phone and It has a water proof case and they never say about S pen stuck on my phone they messed my phone and the want to replace the whole screen then charge me 200 and something dollars and send it back I was so angry they just wan you money stay away from the customers server

I want to tell you about my experience wit Tumi and Samsung. I spent extra to get my husband the Tumi Edition watch April of last year. Within 4 months the band broke, Samsung had me send it in. They said you did not provide them with any replacements bands and gave me a $40 gift card to buy a silicone band off of their website. I bout the Tumi because my husband is an active man and hard worker, we needed something that would last. Then in June, a Samsung rep said they were going to send a gift card to replace the entire watch for a new one. Still nothing in March, called back and they again said they were sorry and we should have something in 4-5 days. Yesterday after begin on hold for 6 hours (yes 6 hours) and then an hour with reps. The jerk on the phone said absolutely not, we can get a subpar silicone band. I know we did not buy this watch from you, but your name is on it and we expected quality. We could not be more disappointed in a $400 watch that lasted 4 less than 4 months.

Just purchased a Samsung Dryer from Lowes. The worst decision I have ever made. Lowes did not do anything wrong, but Samsung did. The dryer did not work after 2 months. Because it is under warranty I went through Samsung to find out why. They sent their trusted warranty company to check it out. Without doing anything to the machine, just went outside to talk on the phone with someone from Samsung for 15 minutes, came back and said it was because my exhaust was plugged up due to being poorly maintained and he left? Really, do you have X-ray eyes? Well the dryer has water backed up in the machine. After he left I pulled the venting and guess what, there was NO blockage in my exhaust to the outside, but there was a buildup in the machine, which I had to clean. This is a POS and would not recommend to anyone ever. the service was quick and quick to decide not to help. I will be posing on any medium I can find, Facebook, Instagram etc. and let others know that they should be rated "horrible". I guess not only is the machine worthless, but so is the warranty support.
