Order a Samsung refrigerator on the 11th, order said delivery expected on the 14th. I called 3 time to make sure this information was accurate. Well it's the 14th, I called in the morning and the customer service person said that it hasn't been delivered to the warehouse yet. And no one seems to know why. Never ever again I'll order directly from Samsung. This was an emergency purchase and now what?!, how long do I have to wait before hearing from someone. So infuriating!!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a samsung washer and dryer and a stacking kit. I recieved the stacking kit via UPS damaged. I immediately noticed that the box was being held together by tape and took pictures. I opened the box and noticed most of the pieces were missing so I IMMEDIATELY called samsung to inform them. I was told they were not showing the package had been delivered yet and that when it updated I their system they would call me back. I waited almost a week and no return call. I don't like to pester if someone says they will call me back. I called them back after 5 days with no return call and was then told there was no record of my call and because it was past the 48 hour window that they could fo nothing!! You see, I DID CALL WITHIN MINUTES OF RECIEVING THE PACKAGE and the never returned my call. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I haven't even recieved my washer and dryer yet and already disappointed by my purchase. I will be calling to see if I can get refund before delivery and get a brand that I would hope has better customer service. Heck, I'm even tempted to get rid of my Samsung phone and get an apple at this point I'm so mad with Samsung.

terrible customer service and product I purchased a Samsung Range/stove, flat glass top/5 burner & after the initial use there was some bubbles/cell developed under the surface. I called the warranty/tech support department. I also emailed the photos of the stove surface which clearly the bubbles are visible. The stove is still under the warranty as I purchased a 8weeks ago. I have lots of concern with the safety of the glass surface and I was told by customer service the issue is out of the Warranty and they refused to even send a technician to check it out. This is clearly a faulty product and terrible customer service by Samsung!

SOUNDBAR PRIVACY BREACH. Someone in my building is unknowingly or knowingly connecting to my K450 Samsung soundbar. It's a 24/7 issue. It's gotten crazy. I have to leave it unplugged all day. I pretty much spent that hard earned dollar on an expensive cumbersome paperweight. The soundbar turns on by itself. A "B03 Lite" device overridess whatever setting I have it on... D.IN, HDMI, USB, TV. Again, no matter the setting B03 Lite hijacks my soundbar. It'll be in the middle of the night, I'm fast asleep... all of a sudden my sound bar turns on and porn movie audio comes blasting through. Samsung refused to remedy the issue. My warranty ran out in February. Which means I pay out of pocket for everything. Their support guy recommended I buy a newer model soundbar from them or pay to have someone look at and possibly fix my current one. I say possibly cause the kat on the phone couldn't tell me if it was something that could be fixed. So much for Samsung support. More like me "supporting" them at stealing my money. Doesn't seem right. Seems like it should fall under a factory recall. It's an issue that's been there this whole time they just didn't test for it or chose to ignore it. If they did choose to ignore it... to me that's a big security and privacy breach issue. Because the soundbar can so easily connect to someone else's device with out me giving any sort of permission wouldn't that be a security and privacy issue? Something that they should address and fix without the consumer paying for it? Think about it. Maybe your Samsung soundbar is connecting to someone else's device without you knowing. You've pretty much given a complete stranger access to your private life. I'm not technically savvy so I don't know... but couldn't they use that soundbar to eavesdrop? Something to think about. Thank you kindly, M

The Samsung dryer I purchased 2 years ago has broken 3 times. Warranty covered the first repair. I was on the hook for the next repair. Now I need a new main circuit board for $300. So after 2 years, if I make this repair I will have spent more on repairs than I paid for the dryer. Very poor product.

Worst service EVER. I have been going back and forth trying to get my refund from Samsung. And it has been a nightmare. Most of the people on the management team are extremely rude and in my opinion don't know what they're doing. Every single day I have to call Samsung to get a shipping label, and I still didn't receive one. I was told numerous times I will receive it with 20 to 30 mins it's been 4 days now and still no label.

I had 3 service appointments with Samsung in 3 weeks, they have not showed up once to them, not made a call to let me know they could not come, not apologized. A company that does not service its products is not worth of competing in the market.

THE WORST ONLINE RETAILER I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I PURCHASED A TV AND SOUND BAR FOR £2500 AND RETURNED TO UPGRADE FOR THE HIGHER MODEL. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND OVER 1 MONTH LATER.

I purchased a 55” Samsung smart tv about 5 years ago I know it is out of warranty but we moved into a retirement community where they don’t allow sat dishes so we subscribed to AT&T so we could do streaming and our tv will not work for streaming. This is the first time we have tried it. The tech from At&t has been out 2/3 times but it still doesn’t work so I am very dissatisfied with Samsung. I paid almost 1300.00 for this tv at HH Gregg. And it doesn’t do what it is supposed to do.

The past 2 media players I've bought have been Samsung and I so regret each of those decisions! The 1st one I bought would randomly freeze up at least twice a week. I would have to unplug it and plug it back in, sometimes 5 or 6 times to get it to work. It would randomly decide not to connect to my wifi and I would have to do the unplug/plug back in process again. Then, all of a sudden, Hulu was no longer supported on the device. It was just a pain from the beginning. The 2nd player, I just acquired recently. It's supposed to be "top of the line" but it doesn't support Hulu either. The ONLY thing that makes it any better than the previous one is that it has screen mirroring, or so I thought! My power flickered off for about 1.5 seconds this morning and it took me 2 HOURS to get the media player functioning properly again!!! It would come on but would not connect to wifi or screen casting. I unplugged it and plugged it back in a dozen times. I waited up to 10 minutes in between. Then, I tried to search for trouble shooting guides online but NOTHING!!! I found different guides for Sony but not Samsung and help wouldn't translate because on Samsung players, you have no control over screen mirroring settings. I ended up having to reset the smart hub and then the whole device!!!! It took me 45 minutes just to get it all set back up the way it was before! It was just ridiculous!!!! I will absolutely, positively, never, ever buy another Samsung TV or home media device and I truly suggest that others don't either!!!! I am going today to get another bluray player because I will not give Samsung the satisfaction of continuing to use their extremely low par product for 1 more day!!!

Purchased a high end Samsung tv £1500 last night it went bang, phoned Samsung ,they said you are over the 1 year warranty so we won’t do anything so Samsung make TVs that are made to last just 1 year and a very high cost to the customer ,they then go wrong and Samsung are not interested. Be warned do not buy a Samsung product . Very dodgy company to say the least

After contacting Samsung in regards to a warranty .. they delayed scheduling a service call to the point where the warranty through Samsung expired 2 days prior to the deadline... the washing machine agitator snapped off after 11 months of use... terrible customer service nothing More than a runaround... I will NEVER buy a Samsung product again!!! I recommend to anyone out there looking for new appliances...DO NOT EVER BUY SAMSUNG!!!!!!☹️

I purchased a Samsung stovetop at Lowes. It was missing a part (i found out after installing on countertop). I contacted Samsung support a total of five times since August 1, 2019 (it is now 11/4/19) I "chatted" with five different people, have three different ticket numbers but still do not have the part needed. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with when trying to resolve my issue. Not sure if I will ever get my part delivered!! Beyond frustrated in Boston, NY

I've been using samsung galaxy since the s7. Everytime a new galaxy phone comes out, I have to have it. My least favorite this far has been the s9 and I only say that because the battery life. I'm wielding the S10+ now and I have absolutely no complaints. I absolutely love the phone and anytime I've ever needed help with anything, Samsung goes above and beyond to help me through it. I've read a lot of reviews on here, I don't know why Samsung has such bad reviews.. I've been using their products loyally for over a decade and I've never had any problems. One suggestion I do have for the next galaxy though - please get a IR blaster. It's the one thing that no one has on their devices anymore but one of the first that I look for in the spec's before preordering a new phone.

Called customer service to have my washer and dryer looked at. They set up an appointment for a week out. The day of the appointment no one showed. When I called to inquire they said that they needed a credit card on file in order to book the appointment. I gave them the credit card they booked the appointment. Four days later a gentleman came out to take a look at the washer only and not the dryer! When I called Samsung they were a few days out before they could get somebody else out there to look at the dryer since they didn’t put both the washer in the dryer on the work order. Absolutely horrible customer service!

My experience with Samsung products and customer service was always extremely disappointing. Two months ago we purchased a counter depth fridge with the hope of experiencing something different but again the customer service and product is the same as our previous experiences. I can't believe it. I only purchased the fridge because my wife liked the model or else I would have purchased another brand. A drop of sauce fell on the ice chute and it cannot be washed off as this plastic is extremely soft and porous. Customer service suggested I clean the stain with stainless steel cleaner. Really. No help whatsoever. I strongly recommend everyone to do their DD before purchasing any Samsung product.
